Amazing! I thought I'd have to buy new screens. Matt assured me that he could fix them - and he did! Saved me $1000. When I want to replace the sets that we use the most that are looking a tad sad around the frames, I will definitely go back to Matt, but that won't be for another 5 years or so - because he did such a great job!

Matt was very attentive to what my problems were and recommended only what I needed, not what would have been a good "sale" item for profit. He was on time, professional and efficient. Will always call him / recommend him if the need arises for more work.

I moved into a house with an entry door and five sets of French doors, all without screens. I knew I wanted roll away screens and found Sierra on Angie's. Matt came out and measured a week in advance, and arrived as promised the day after we moved in. Every door was perfect, and the work was done professionally and spotlessly. I highly recommend Matt and Sierra without reservation.

I was very pleased with the results. Turnaround time was very quick and the finished product looks (and works) great. He carefully cleaned up afterwards and said to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. He is very pleasant and professional. He also gave me a 10% discount which was definitely appreciated.

Another company I found through Angie's List that lived up to the praise. I called and gave the dimensions of the screens I wanted made/repaired; he was a little reluctant to come up to the house initially but agreed to do it because I came through Angie's List. It took a couple of weeks before he was in the area and could come by, but once he got there he was very nice and the work was excellent. We've used him since, and will continue to use him for all our screen work.

Matt was prompt, polite, efficient and the quality of the work was great. He responded to my initial call immediately and showed up on time with a smile on his face. I loved that he did all of the work from his truck in my driveway. I would definitely use him again.

We had some initial miscommunication about the start time (he arrived earlier than I was expecting), but as soon as that was out of the way, the work proceeded quickly, efficiently, and the end results went above and beyond my requests. This guy is an exceptional service professional, and knows how to solve whatever challenge you might have in the way of window screens. I will never bother to attempt to repair or replace screens elsewhere.

I called Matt on Friday. He came on Saturday morning at the exact time he said he would. He gave me an estimate over the phone and charged me exactly that amount. I was very happy that he would come out to fix one screen. I knew it was a small job and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get someone to come. He was very friendly and efficient.

Matt (a one man operation) arrived a few minutes early, gave me an estimate, worked quickly and professionally, and got the job done. Screens are high quality, not cheap looking. Matt is likeable and courteous as well. Threw in a free screen or two, and even lowered the final amount as I was paying in cash. Highly recommended. His mobile workshop truck is cool too.

Called Sierra on a Tuesday asking for a quote to build and install screens for 7 windows. Matt called back in about 30 minutes, gave a quote, and arranged to do the work the next morning. By 11:30AM Wednesday we had 7 screens installed for the cost of the quote. Matt is very professional, and friendly. We will use Sierra again for any future window screen needs.

I called at 10 a.m. on a weekday, and Matt made it to my house by noon the same day. He made screens for five windows on the spot; all of those windows are irregularly shaped (my house is old and wonky), and two have weird windows that interfere with normal screens. He ordered a retractable screen for the sixth window and came back to install it in a couple weeks. A different screen guy told me that screens could not be made for those windows, but Matt solved the problems. My only concern was that it took him a bit longer to return and install the last screen than I expected.

Excellent work.....Friendly & Prompt. Very helpful with what was needed, saving me from purchasing unneeded new screens.
