Within a half hour after requesting and receiving a list of the highest rated screen repair businesses from Angies List, I called Matthew. He came to the house at 11:00 the same day. Over the phone, he estimated that it would take 20 minutes and told me the price but he spent one hour and 15 minutes because of the difficulty in removing the screen from the old wooden door. Matthew did not charge for the additional time. He was professional, friendly, careful not to damage the wood frame and worked hard to get it right. I highly recommend Matthew. This was my first experience with Angies List and it was a great introduction! Thank you Matthew!

.I called Sierra Mobile and received an appt, in two days for a replacement on my screen door. He also checked my other door...it does not need to be replaced yet... but will need to be in a year or so.. Matt measured and told me he would have the door within a week. He came by as promised and installed my door..looks beautiful...high quality..I absolutely would call him again!!!

I was referred to Matthew by a neighbor who used him previously and heartily recommended him. Finding him highly rated on Angie's List was reinforcement for selecting him. Matthew was very flexible and I was able to book a Sunday appointment which helped my crazy schedule. He was on-time and efficient. He removed 4 old damaged screens, measured then fabricated 5 new screens with his mobile workshop, and installed the new ones. Whole job was completed in a little more than an hour. I'll definitely use him for any future screen work.

He normally does not service the Valley, but made an exception for us. He busted his butt and worked very hard in the heat. He did a great job! He is personable, prompt and professional. I thought he provided us good value for the $ spent and I would absolutely recommend him. Thanks Matt for a job well done.

I called the day before and he came to do the job the next morning. Very prompt on arrival time. Truck was well equiped to complete everything in a few hours. Screens were better than the original ones. The windows were not perfectly rectangular so he made the screens custom to fit. Very clean and neat in the house.

We had a damaged screen door. SIERRA MOBILE SCREEN SERVICE came when they said they would, did what they said they would, professionally and efficiently and at a reasonable price. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely use them again.

This is my second time using Sierra Mobile Screen Service. Both times, it was a flawless experience. I moved, so this is a newer house that needed some screen repair. I called and the very next day, he came out to give me a bid to replace screens that I had damaged when cleaning. He did all the work right then, the cost was excellent and he did another fantastic job. Was very knowledgeable and friendly and did not try to have anything done that was not needed. Listened very well, had smart suggestions and basically did a fantastic job.

My old screen was only 2 yrs old, but was already sagging and didn't fit properly so the window washer always had trouble getting it out and back in. Matt came over one-half hour after I called him to take a look. He showed me that the old metal was too thin to support the weight and gave me a great price to make the replacement. He left to make the screen at his shop, and came back in a few hours. The new screen was much more solidly constructed and slipped into the track smoothly.

I really can't say enough positive things about my experience with Matt of Sierra Mobile Screen. He showed up on time, was totally professional and the qaulity of the work was impeccable. I felt his pricing was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone with damaged screens and I will use him again.

He arrived on time and completed the job in 3 1/2 hours. He kept us informed of his progress and answered our questions and was polite, pleasant, and efficient. When he arrived, he parked so that we could get out of our drive, and, after he finished, he cleaned up after himself. He is very professional.

I chose Sierra because the company had high ratings on Angie's List. The company owner, Matthew Goetz, does all of his own work. He came to give me an estimate in the morning with the understanding that he would do the work at that time if the estimate was acceptable. He was quick and efficient and the work was excellent. Matthew even solved a different kind of screen problem for me -- screening an odd-shaped vent -- without charging me. I have already recommended him to two of my friends.

Matt came at the designated time both for the estimate and install. He checked out the windows and the door and made recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about screens and the screen doors. He gave me a couple of screens for free, because I was an Angie's customer. I really would highly recommend him to anyone needed new screens.

Everything went perfectly. He was on time and for our initial appt and presented a huge amount of options for me on the screen install/repair I wanted to do. He also got the job done quickly and everthing turned out great when he was done.

This man LOVES SCREENS. Compitent, knowledgeable, very caring. Almost overwhelmed me : ) The best thing was that he was able to store the screen he built for me after I was unable to take delivery on time and went on a vacation. A professional in this department.

We had a screen on a sliding door which was broken through by our dogs. We thought we would need a stronger expensive screen, but Matt was able to fix the existing screen. He suggested we put a grill on to protect from further damage. He ordered a nice white grill, got it the very next day and put it on the following day. It looks beautiful in our bedroom and solved the problem for alot less money then we had expected. We could not be more delighted.

I got a prompt call back, and the service performed the same day. He went over and above what I THOUGHT I needed to give me a result that was both better than I expected and which would last longer (due to the quality of the product and professionalism of the installation).

Although he did not arrive at appointed hour, he did call to tell us he was running late. Did all the work efficiently and neatly. Very professional and friendly.

I am very satisfied with their service. They are Professional and punctual. Their price is reasonable. Matt came out to service the screen door when something broke for no charge. They are very customer oriented. He gave a guaranty on the product and came back when something broke on it. I found them on Angies list.

Matt did an excellent job. He came quickly (next day) and fixed everything beautifully. The quality of his materials was superior to what I'd purchased to DIY from Home Depot, and his skills & speed were vastly superior to mine too. I loved that he came to me & did the work within an hour or so vs. my removing the screens & bringing them to a shop & waiting a day or more. He was a perfectionist about getting everything right- especially regarding the door screen which I had attempted to DIY and failed-he not only rescreened the door to improve upon my mediocre attempt, but he replaced the wheels that had been broken, repaired the alignment where I'd torqued it etc. I was delighted that he insisted on persevering for a good 45 minutes over that single item until he was happy that the door hung properly & rolled smoothly again.

We live on a wooded hillside and wanted to be able to open our windows without letting all the bugs in, but without obstructing our view with ugly screens. Matt used good quality materials, did a great job, and finished all the screens in a matter of a few hours. And the screens are as close to invisible as possible -- so we can still enjoy our view. Matt also adjusted the windows and sprayed them with silicone so they operate smoothly on the tracks.

He did a great job, was very efficient and professional. Did the job from start to finish in around an hour.
