I am so impressed by this company from start to end. I called Matt today around 8 AM, just to see if I could make an appointment to get an estimate. I didn't expect Matt to be at my door within few hours to give me an estimate. In today's world, that speedy service is unheard of. Matt looked at my broken screens and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was going to set up a day for him to come out to actually fix the screens. Well, to my pleasant surprise, he said he could fix it right then. I guess that is why his company is called Sierra Mobile Screen. Matt worked on fixing my screens and they were fixed pretty quickly. The screens look great. Now I can have the patio doors open without worrying about bugs coming into the house. Thank you Matt, you did a great job. And you are a very energetic professional person.

Matt quickly fixed the lock and replaced the screen mesh and adjusted the door balance to close more effectively. Very friendly and prompt. Took time to address a tricky adjustment, even on this small job.

We could not be happier with Matt's prompt, professional and friendly service. He first arrived about 1/2 hour after my original call. He quickly assessed the situation, needed to wait for a materials shipment, made the screens to fit our window's odd dimensions, and returned to install them. The screens fit perfectly and are exactly what we wanted.

Matt came out, assessed the job quickly and advised us on exactly what we needed. It took a couple visits, but he put everything in with great expertise and almost obsessive care. The guy's definitely passionate about what he does, and a true perfectionist. Many of our windows were odd shapes, but that didn't seem to bother him. Even brain stormed with us on some problem window areas. The screens and retractables changed the whole feel of our house. Very pleased.

He arrived right on time, inspected the screens, and replaced the nylon screen fabric for 11 screens. He was done within 2 hours and did a great job. That is only $25 per screen which I consider a great value. He was friendly and worked very efficiently. The old material and scraps were thrown out, so there was no mess. I would not hesitate to take this company again.

This is my second very positive experience using Sierra Mobile Screen Service. My front wooden screen door was becoming unusable due to broken parts. It was difficult to open and close. Originally I thought I'd get a new security door. I didn't realized how expensive they are. Matt suggested I save a lot of money and fix the wooden door I had. It was a nice door that just needed parts and the screen replaced. Matt ordered the parts and came promptly at the designated time and date. Before rescreening, he replaced the broken parts with new parts to make sure it was working properly. After a successful check he replaced the screen. I had a working screen door that opened and closed easily and that could be locked. I don't know why I waiting so long to have it repaired. I thought I just needed a new one. The cost of getting it repaired was more than reasonable and, as Matt said, saved me a lot of money. When the need arises again, I will call Sierra Mobile Screen Service to do the work. Matt is trustworthy and never pushes you to spend more money than you have to. He is totally professional and friendly too. Easy to talk to and work with. If you have any screen needs, do not hesitate to call this company.

He came and measured and came back and installed the new doors and rescreened the doors and windows. it went very well and he did not leave until everything was completed to my satisfaction.

It went perfect from start to finish

I called Sierra Mobile Screen Service and Matt was able to come very quickly. Originally, I wanted Matt to come out and give me an estimate on replacing or repairing my window screens. I also had a front door and patio doors to look at. His quote for the windows was reasonable so he did the job on the spot. I was pleasantly surprised. He told me what he wasn't able work on and referred me to someone who works on Phantom screens for the patio door. That worked out very well. I wanted to buy a new screen door for the front of the house because I lthought mine was beyond repair. Matt explained how he could repair it, have it look fantastic and save me a lot of money. As soon as the ordered part oomes in he will be back to repair the door. Matt was very prompt and came at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information from which I could make my choices. Most of all, I felt that Matt was completely honest with me. It is a blessing to be able to trust someone to do work at your house and to do it in a professional manner. I recommend Sierra Mobile Screen Service and Matt without reservation.

He came out to take measurements. I ordered a screen and then he came back. It was an exceptionally long screen; more so than the average. That's why the price was a little bit more. He was all right. He was neat and very fast in the way he worked. He did very good work. He also cleaned up after himself. There was a problem with my screen. When I called he came back and took care of it. He worked on it until it was working totally properly.

Overall it was an excellent job. He arrived promptly, estimated and performed the job in two hours. While rescreening the window he also made minor repairs to the frames so that they were better fitted. Initially, he was unsure if the patio door was repairable since it would not stay on track . His successful attempt to repair the screen door saved me the cost of the new one. His professionalism was exemplary and it was a good service experience.

I called one week before the July 4th weekend and asked if it was possible to get the sliding patio screen done before the holiday, as we were having a party that weekend. Matt arrived on Monday to take the measurements and order the larger aluminum frame size that was required. He arranged his schedule so he could come back on Wednesday and install the slidingscreen and 3 window screens. I could't have been more pleased. Matt is fast, friendly and good. After seeing his reviews on Angie's List, I didn't even bother to look any further.

My experience with Sierra Mobile Screens was perfect. I needed screens on all my windows (I just bought the house and there were no screens at all). I called, and Catherine made sure Matthew came out to see the job right away. He did, and while he was here, he made a screen for my son's room right away, didn't ask me to pay him, trusted that I would make good on it when he came back for the job. This must have been a Thursday or even Friday. Matt scheduled the job for the following Tuesday. I went to work, and when I came back, all the screens were in, everything was perfect, everything was clean. Plus, both Catherine at the office and Matt on the field are very pleasant to work with. They provided the estimate the same day and came a couple of days later to do the actual work. We couldn't be happier - all of the screens were custom made for the windows in our older home. On the screens where the frames were still usable, only the screen was replaced. I would highly recommend this vendor.

They were perfect. They talked me out of replacing two doors (saving me more than $150), fixed something that was not their responsibility, and most importantly, they did good work.

It went very well. I called yesterday, got an estimate and Matt was there this morning and did the work on the spot. He was prompt, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I could not be happier..

Matt showed up on time, parked his truck on my driveway, and started measuring/making the frames for the screens. after a while, i was wondering why he hasn't put up any screens...but he has! invisible gray screens so i did not realize they were up until i stepped out. He agreed that while he's a screen guy, he doesn't want to see any like all homeowners. After about 4 hours, he was done. Even replaced 2 older screens that had some holes without charging additional. no mis-measured frames since he does it on site. Perhaps one can find a cheaper job elsewhere, but with Matt, it's mistake-proof. I am truly happy with them...who knew screens can make one so happy??

Matt of Sierra Mobile is very nice and did a great job. He arrived on time for the estimate and then returned later that day to do the job. He did it very quickly and very well and everything went really smoothly. The speed and lack of hassle were very refreshing. I have already recommended him to my mom.

I cannot believe how quickly this work was done! I had been putting off replacing screens on my sliding patio screen doors for years because it seemed like a monumental effort. The doors are beautiful, but there was no apparent way to replace the screens without having to mess with the workmanship of the doors. But after living with huge tears in the screens that our dog was able to get through, we figured we needed to resolve the screen issue one way or the other, even if it meant completely replacing the screen doors. We found Sierra Mobile Screen Service on Angie’s List and was impressed by the consistency of great reviews. I called and Matt came out the same day to give me an estimate. He confirmed that if I wanted the screens changed to exactly match how the doors were initially constructed, he’d have to pull off the trimwork and replace the mesh screens, then someone else would have to install new wood trim, repaint the doors, etc. Matt gave me an option of chipping out the outer trim and creating a white metal frame that readily matched with our painted white doors. The metal frame would fit into the space that the trim occupied so that it would still be mostly flush with the rest of the door, and would be screwed into the door frame which would facilitate being able to change the screens in the future. It seemed like a lot of effort so I asked whether it would make sense just to change the screen doors completely. While Matt would’ve undoubtedly had a much better profit margin simply changing the doors, he recommended keeping the doors and just replacing the screens because he felt the existing screen doors were a high-quality product specifically designed to match the frames of the glass sliding doors. I appreciated his candor and integrity in making a recommendation that would be much less expensive for me, while triggering a lot more work for him! Matt volunteered to finish the project later that day, but I had schedule complications so he came back the next day to perform the job. I watched him remove the screen of one of the doors and it was indeed a very labor-intensive process to carefully chip out the trim, remove staples, etc. while trying to make sure he did not chip the existing paint or scratch the door frames. This was the type of job where you would want someone to be meticulous and precise, and fortunately Matt’s professional standards are extremely high. The end result is wonderful. Aesthetically the metal frame set into the wooden door doesn’t appear much different than the original wood trim and has a nice clean look. And it will be a snap to change the screens next time! As mentioned in other reports, Matt does little professional touches like waxing the frame so that the doors slide more smoothly and cleaning the doorframes. I would enthusiastically recommend this company in a heartbeat!
