Owen arrived 15 minutes ahead of the time scheduled. Polite, professional, and completed the job in a timely manor. Definitely would use Owen again and I will refer him to others who may need his services.

Our patio sliding door developed a wavy section in the bead it rolls on, causing bad vibration when opened quickly. The Patio Door Guy came over the same day we called. He was able to glue a steel cap rail over the old wavy one, also replacing the rollers and adjusting the screen door as well. He also added a bumper for the glass door since it rolls so smoothly now, to stop it from slamming when opening. The door operates like new for a fraction of the cost of equal value. Kewan was very helpful in giving us repair options, going over maintenance, and making every aspect of the door was inspected and fixed. For example, he trimmed the screen door bug shield so that it still protected without kicking the screen door off its track. We're very happy with his work, will call him if we ever need patio door repair, and will gladly refer him to friends.

Great service- arrived about an hour after I called, and it took about 45 minutes before we had a working sliding glass door again, with rollers that will likely last a decade or more. I highly recommend The Patio Door Guy if you have issues with your sliding glass doors.

Our tenants noticed a problem with some weatherstripping in one of our sliding patio doors, and it was in a location which I could not service, so I called The Patio Door Guy. The service call was $80, and all I needed him to do was fix the weather stripping, however for that $80 he went above and beyond what I was expecting: he also straightened the tracks, and lubricated the doors. Scheduling and getting this work done was all done over the phone, and I was surprised how easy it was to get everything done. I'm satisfied.

Mr. Owen was very meticulous and thorough in making adjustments and repairing the sliding door. It is always good to find someone that takes pride in their work.

He was very fair and did not take advantage of my elderly parents. They were thinking they would have to replace the entire door or at least the frame. He was able to just replace a couple of rollers and the door is as good as new. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Went awesome! We discussed ahead of time that I was only in town for a few days, so he said he'd bring parts. This slider is probably 20+ years old. It hasn't rolled right for the last 10 years. I had several other vendors out back in the days of the real estate boom, and ALL of them told me that the door couldn't be repaired, and it must be replaced (for $3000). It was really frustrating to find out they were all just a big 'ol bunch of cheats. Not with Kemlyn, though! Sure enough, he brought the parts and fixed the door on the same visit. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and now the door slides like it was brand new (better than new). I can now slide that door with a single finger push. It was such a pleasure that he brought the parts for the replacement. Most other vendors have to come out, look at the job and then come back with the parts (as what happened with another vendor here in Oregon). He also gave me a quick lesson on some unrelated tools that we were talking about while he was working. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Showed up with a bag of tools and a committment to get my doors working the way I needed them. He said let me work on the worst door you have and if you like what I've done then decide if I wanted him to work on the other two. When he was finished with one I could open and close it my pinky so of course I wanted him to work on the others. He removed all the doors, replaced the wheels and cleaned andstraightened the track. So worth it! One door I couldnt even move let alone open. Now they all work with ease.

The Patio Door Guy made two trips to my house on successive Saturdays: the first to see what kind of replacement track was needed, and the second to perform the replacement. He had to partially dismantle the stationary glass in order to remove it. At the end of the installation, he carefully checked the door performance and adjusted it so that it opened and closed with minimum friction. Now, when I open or close it, I just get it started and it coasts the rest of the way. Just delightful. The Patio Door Guy brought his how shop vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the job. The entire job (on the second visit) took two hours. It was good to have someone who is a specialist in sliding glass doors.

Our sliding door was almost impossible to open & I had one company come out to give me an estimate & they ended up flaking so I found Kemlyn Owen online. Called him on Saturday and he came to my house on Sunday morning & fixed the door within 20 minutes and for cheaper than what the other guy wanted to charge. He just had to replace the rollers.

Before he came the door would stick and it took a lot of effort to open or close it He removed the doors (which the house had settled on) and resized them. He replaced the track. Now the doors slide perfectly with a light touch. He put a bumper on the back.
