We had 2 sliding glass doors that wouldn’t glide freely. I got a phone quote & repair on the same day! They now function perfectly & the price was so reasonable!

My sliding door was a pain to open and close. Called two other companies who said it can't be fixed and wanted to sell me a new door for thousands of dollars. Owen shows up does an amazing job for $250. My door slides better than when it was new. If you have a problem with your sliding door call him, you will be glad you did. Thanks Owen.

It went GREAT!!! Owen arrived on time (very important to me), saw the problem, had the correct new rollers in stock in his truck, and was in and out in about 1 hour's time. We are very pleased and always happy to hire a local business person and family man!

Mr. Owen came out the very day I called. He was very professional and very reasonably priced. Our slider slides smoother than it did when brand new. He was in & out in about an hour. Service call was $160, and that was our total costs.

The service went great. Owen showed up on time and went right to work. He replaced the rollers, the stopper, the screen, and cleaned and fixed everything that needed fixing. Our door is just like new again and is very, very easy to slide. Owen cleaned up everything so well that you wouldn't even know we had any work done except that the door works GREAT now! We thought we'd have to replace the door, but Owen fixed it and saved us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend The Patio Door Guy!

Outstanding personal service and work! Found him on the Internet with a well put together website. Originally only need a patio door handle replaced but added the screen repair after thinking about it. Prior to arriving, he asked for photos to be emailed for his an assessment. We sent and arranged for a time slot. He arrived on time and began. Installation was quick and professional. The screen was replaced inside the original frame, which saved us money. The patio door handle was a real good match as he had sent us many emails on door handle selection prior to installation. This helped us a lot. The work took less than half a day and the job was completed

He was prompt, professional and knowledgable. We didn't know that our doors could work so smoothly, like brand new doors again! Saved us a lot of money because we were going to replace doors, but now we won't have to for years! We will definitely use again if needed and we recommend The Patio Door Guy to others.

I am beyond happy and satisfied with the service provided. I honestly don't believe that the patio door and sliding door worked as efficient as it does now the day it was installed new. New rollers were installed and both doors had alignment issues. Adjustments were made along with having to trim the size of the glass sliding door. All the work was completed timely, clean and professional. Again I couldn't be more pleased!!

The owner, Kemlyn Owen knows his stuff. Both my screen door and main patio door were hard to slide after 15 years of use. After replacing the rollers on both doors and adjusting them the doors are better than new. I was happy with the work and the price and would use The Patio Door Guy again.

After determining what needed to be done, Owen got right to work removing the doors. My husband was home and offered to cut the tops of the doors down under Owen's guidance. Owen carried the doors outside to where he gave instructions of how much to cut off. Both doors were cut and brought back into the house in no time. Owen put on new wheels, rehung and adjusted the door and was finished in a little more than an hour. The door now glide like butter. Owen knows patio doors.

I am very happy with The Patio Door Guy's service! He answered all my questions on the phone and was available the day after my call. I appreciated that he had me send him photos of the door handles prior to coming to my house to ensure that he had the materials he needed to do the job. He called prior to the appointment time to confirm his arrival. One of my doors was was very "heavy" because it needed new rollers, and he quickly set to work to fix it. Now the door literally glides smoothly and effortlessly. Bottom line, if you have issues with sliding glass doors, this guy knows what he's doing and I recommend him without reservation.

I was very happy with Owen and the quality of his work. He truly did an outstanding job! I recommended him to my in-laws and they used him at their house as well. We went from a screen door that would not stay on the track to a beautiful new and sturdy screen door. We went from a glass slider that sounded like a jet taking off to a silent door requiring one finger (I'm not exaggerating!) to open and close. He worked his tail off and was at my house several hours. I was home and saw what he did, and it was worth every cent. The only (minor) downside was it sometimes took a while for him to return my calls, but if he worked at other jobs like he did at mine, then I see why he was too busy to call back right away. I could not be happier, would recommend him to anyone, and will ABSOLUTELY use him again!

I had been told by two different window/glass companies that my tall and heavy slider could not be made to roll easily again, but that it would have to be replaced (20 years old). Kremlyn fixed it, replaced the handle which had completely fallen off, and it works like new! He even replaced the guides on a mirrored sliding closet door, returning another day with the parts, for no charge. Makes me wish I had more business to give him!

Kemlyn adjusted his schedule and came out the day I called him. He is extremely professional, very pleasant demeanor, and the workmanship is without a flaw. This was the most incredible work I have ever seen! He took a sliding door that would not slide and after replacing the rollers made it close with one finger. He also did the same thing with a screen door that had gotten so bad we had removed it. That alone would have been a very good job but the attention to detail and quality work also meant that he repaired the non-sliding section, which we did not even know was not originally installed correctely and realigned the bottom track so that the entire system now works better than when we moved in 14 years ago and better than I even know was possible for any sliding door. We are going to have him work on our pocket doors next.

My sliding glass door was 'rough' to close. It did not slide smoothly. The repairs were made and completed within an hour. Now the door slides closed with one finger! It works better than it did when it was brand new. I had been debating whether to replace the door completely and will probably do so in the next couple of years. This was a great interim solution. Wow. Awesome. I've been contemplating how the heck we were going to fix both sliders without replace the whole door for 5 years. I've just been laying down silicone spray at least monthly to even use them, etc. Checked out the website. I called. He answered. He showed up 2 hours later by himself. Changed out the wheels on both doors in about an hour. Showed me the old wheels and told me how to properly maintain the new ones. Amazing. Best $200 I've spent on a repair ever. Now that my kids and wife can actually use both doors without effort we are in process of remodeling our backyard. Game changer! Thanks Patio Door Guy!

Owen was punctual, polite, and professional. He was thorough and knowledgeable about patio and screen doors. Even though he was busy he fit me in. He came out three times. The first time he measured and said he could have repaired one of the screen doors to save us money, but we wanted them to match so we ordered two new screen doors. The second visit he had the doors and the dog guards, but realized that the door rail was put in incorrectly. He said that he had only seen the problem once before and so his experience really helped!!! He figured out the problem and then provided a solution. He had to order an unexpected part. He adjusted our patio doors and fixed a broken patio door handle. His last visit he corrected the door rail, installed the screen doors with the dog rails, and ensured that the patio doors worked well with the new screen doors. I felt that my money was well spent and that he added value throughout the process. He certainly knows his business and I would wholeheartedly recommend him. This was my first experience using Angie's List and I have to say that I am very pleased. If the contractor's all turn out like Owen I will feel very blessed.
