J. Cruz was so nice! My Mom who is 90 needed a new sump pump pit underneath her house. He explained the job in detail and worked with her budget by reusing the old pump that was still in working condition. We were worried about the tiny crawl space, he said no problem with a smile, he would have the tiniest guy on his crew to help.The new pit was done in a few hours. What an excellent job! All I can say is he did ab excellent job.

There's really no good time, but we had clogged drains on Halloween Saturday of all days...J Cruz came out within a few hours, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. We were back running within a short period of time. Precise Plumbing will be our "go-to" call in the future. (Rosemary B.)

OMG J IS HEAVEN SENT. HE IS SO DETAILED. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. I WAS SO COMFORTABLE WITH HIM COMING TO MY HOME FROM TALKING WITH HIM ON THE PHONE. WE EVEN COMMUNICATED BY TEXT THE NIGHT BEFORE. HE FAMILIARISED HIMSELF WITH THE JOB BY ASKING ME TO SEND HIM PICS OF MY PROBLEM AREA. I DID AND THE REST WAS HISTORY. HE GAVE ME A LINK TO WATCH A VIDEO OF THE WORST CASE SINERIO AND EXPLAINED THE LEAST CASE TO ME. HE WAS ON TIME , AND HE ASSESSED MY PROBLEM THEN EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO. HE WAS SO NEAT AND CLEAN THAT YOU COULD NOT TELL THAT HE HAD JUST COMPLETED THE WORK THAT HE DID. I WILL NEVER CALL AOTHER PLUMBER WE ARE GOIBG TO GROW OLD TOGETHER. I FEEL LIKE I JUST GAINED A BROTHER. THIS MAN IS THE BEST.

Fast efficient, well mannered. They cleaned up after themselves, and one thing I really loved...they asked if they could wash their hands. How cool is that? This shows you these are people that are clean,and you are clean you like things clean. Yes I would them again!
