Jay contacted us promptly after reaching out for service. Came over next business day, made assessment, unclogged drain for both bathroom and kitchen sinks and provided long term solution to root cause issues. Everything in great working order thanks to Jay and team.

Jay & his team were faced with a very challenging job of root intrusion in one of my drainpipes that ran under my concrete-slab-on-grade house. This required jack hammering a trench through my breakfast nook?s tile floor and about 8 of concrete to follow approximately 2 ft. of solidly plugged pipeline. To add to the difficulty, adjacent copper pipes required his staff to drill and excavate concrete and clay soil as if they were digging at an archaeological site, requiring painstaking care. New materials were used to replace the existing drainpipe, over which they poured concrete and prepped the area for my tile expert. Additional challenging work scope was completed by Jay, who replaced a kitchen sink faucet and soap dispenser, which were atop a granite slab and difficult to remove, due to the garbage disposal unit and sink drain blocking easy access. My husband and I were in awe of Jays patience and skill, as well as the expertise of his staff. Great communication & status updates.

Jay was top notch. Coordinated with him on my rental house from 2500 miles away. Had a sewer main that kept clogging up and the big companies (we all know their names) were only too happy to keep clearing it and then trying to sell me on a full sewer replacement. Jay went out with a camera to diagnose the problem and give me a quote for no charge. Turns out there was only a sewer problem at one specific spot due to tree roots. Jay quoted me a spot repair, saving me thousands of dollars. Then went above and beyond and replaced back to the cleanout at the original quote, adding in a water line fix (bent due to roots) at a great price. Took care of the problem, saved me money, kept my tenants happy, all with coordinating from across the country. 10/10 these are your guys

Jay is very responsive to my inquiries. Jay and George Albert did a very good job in cleaning up the clogs of our bathroom sink pipe and kitchen drain pipe. Jay and George will change your minds about plumbers. They were experienced, calm and professional. We noticed significant amounts of water was leaking into our front lawn and suspected there was an issue with the pipe running from the main shut off to the meter. Unfortunately we couldnt stop the water from running when we shut off the main water and hence needed someone to come out here ASAP. We initially tried a large plumber company and they quoted us a ridiculous amount of money just for the assessment and digging. More so, they couldnt even provide a cost breakdown for the parts, labor etc. I found Precise Plumbing on Angie's List and gave them a call. They asked for a video of the leak and said they could be there the next day. They assessed the situation, gave us a very fair quote and got the job done in under 4 hours. I am seriously impressed. We go to the same people for a variety of services, and Jay and George are added to our list of trusted vendors.

J. Cruz and his amazing assistant, George, are an awesome team! They came on Memorial Day and worked on my project earlier than the time he stated- which was a plus for me! He immediately got to work and fixed a DEEP sink clog and my shower (cartridge replacement) he also put in a shower head that I happened to have. They were clean and extremely efficient (both things were done in an hour). Needless to say, he is my plumber, and suggestion him and his team for your plumbing needs. Thanks you!

Jay and his crew of Marc, George, Issac and "D" were punctual and communicated with me throughout the troubleshooting process. Jay was able to pinpoint the exact location of my problem using a locator tool. His crew jumped into action and began to dig approximately 5 ft deep to expose the section of sewer pipe that was damaged from tree roots. His crew then removed the damaged section of pipe and perform the repair. Jay performed a leak check of the repair in my presence before closing up the hole. Jay and his crew were polite and very safety conscious. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them for future plumbing needs.

Jay and his team are the best! I knew my drain was going to be an issue as it's an old home. We hoped we could just clear the clog and be good. Jay came in and they found a problem and then another problem and fixed that too.. He always explained what was happening and was super cool about everything. Jay and his team will get your plumbing issues fixed! We donâ t trust anyone else with our plumbing issues because Jay knows his craft. heâ s got the experience & knowledge to back it up. We had a complicated case as we share a water line with our neighbor (condo/townhouse) & the tub kept getting backed up. After a few attempts, jayâ s solution was to get a 20â ladder to snake from our roof. Heâ s constantly thinking of ways to save us from an even bigger expense bc I promise you if it were any other plumber they would suggest to knock down our tiled walls to try to unclog the drain. Sure enough he was able to get to the root cause & even gave us suggestions for maintenance so it clears the drains. If youâ re looking for a plumber - just hire them, you wonâ t regret it!!

Jay is very professional and a step ahead of the last company that was not able to do the job. Not only does he have power drain machines, but fiber optic camera to find location of blockage to repair underground piping.

Amazing service. Scheduled a water heater replacement within a couple of days. Jay knows exactly what he is doing and the job was done in a couple of hours. Now, i finally have hot water again!!! The price was great as well! Definitely recommend Jay for all your plumbing needs!

Jay and his tech Mark, of Precise Plumbing, were LIFESAVERS!! Both were very professional, educated on their work and ready to go! My son broke a water pipe on a Thursday afternoon the day before we are supposed to be going out of town. Hubby was at work when it happened and it was my daughter's graduation night, so went to bed with no water that night. The next morning, Friday, I called Precise Plumbing at 5:48 am and someone willingly woke up and answered my call...it was Jay the owner I found out later!! After explaining the situation to him, he immediately asked me to text him a photo of what we were dealing with so he could truly evaluate the situation. He was able to give me a quote quickly and advised he would be able to reschedule his morning to help us get our water back on and would be at our house by 1030...he was there by 8:30 am. Due to him rearranging his schedule and us leaving out of town, he was able to cap the pipe and band-aide the fix promising to return Monday and add the water valve back on. He was true to his word! I would HIGHLY recommend Precise Plumbing. Their service and pricing are the very best you will find!!
