Mendoza House Cleaning

Description of Work: They were unable to get to first appointment due to a car accident involving their employees. No problem. I was told someone else would take the call. No one came. After a follow-up call from me to ask what happened, they apologized and rescheduled. No one came on reschedule date. A re-reschedule date was done again and this time they came. Instead of sending one or two workers they sent three. Some jobs (like cleaning the oven which I wanted) cannot be done in 80 minutes but can easily be done in less than two hours. Thus they did not do what I requested in order (so if they ran out of time my priorities were covered) and instead spent time dusting and such which my children and I can do. The house was certainly better than before the cleaning but I would have preferred if they followed my instructions and the whole scheduling rescheduling was discouraging. Also 30/hr is basically the going rate so it was not a "deal." I was simply looking for a service to use regularly and took that opportunity to try them. The workers, however, were pleasant and professional in manner.

Description of Work: One time house cleaning. These ladies came once before, and I was really impressed with their efficiency. I'm unable to clean my house right now, so it was pretty messy. They didn't bat an eye, got it back into shape in no time and were really nice to work with.

Description of Work: My Angie Deal was 4 hours of housecleaning for $85.00. The girls got caught in a traffic accident and were a little late. I appreciated their calling me with continual updates and an ETA. |When the team arrived, I requested that they just do the kitchen, bathrooms and mirrors for my, 2 hour 2 cleaners, time slot. (I read later, I could have bought more time) :-( |They did a GREAT job and I would use them again!

Description of Work: When I called to schedule, the phone call took no less than 15 minutes to schedule the cleaning dates. I had originally purchased an 8 hour deal, but the woman on the phone said she couldn't accommodate that in the next few months before the deal expired, so I would need to split it into 2x4 hour visits, which is really 2x2hour visits with two people and I agreed to that. The first visit went well and I was happy with the results, but on the second visit, they left 45 minutes early, so with two people, that is a combined 1.5 hours (from the original 8 hour deal). The staff was friendly and did a good job, I just feel they left too early.

Description of Work: I can't remember the date they came. I purchased 6hours of cleaning for $99. Three girls came. I felt they were rushed at the end and did not do a very good job toward the end. I did receive a call from , I assume , was the owner. I told her my concerns and she offered to send them back to finish the job but I told her that wasn't necessary. I guess, overall they did a good job. I also was told they took pictures of the house after they cleaned. I didn't feel comfortable with that.

Description of Work: I have no basis for comparison, but it was quite a treat to have someone come in and clean like they know what they are doing. I had one special request of cleaning under a bed which they got right to. All surfaces of living, dining, bedroom, kitchen and bath were cleaned with a couple bonus windows, maybe for such a small house, and they finished a little early. I noticed a couple floor spots that could have used a little more elbow grease, but I hadn't noticed them before with the general layer of dirt. If I pay for professional cleaning again, I would definitely use them.
