The housecleaners did a preetty good job. The scheduler was not responsive. They did not answer the phone, so you had to leave a message. They were not quick to respond. If you were scheduled, most everything went well. However, they cancelled on us twice - and getting them to reschedule was next to impossible. One time, they cancelled because they had a cough and the dr. (they said) didn't want them to work. The last time, there was an auto accident and they would call to reschedule. That was 2 weeks ago - and no call. We think they must have found some houses which wanted their services more than once a month, but we feel it's tacky not to bother to call and let us know. The ladies are lovely, too bad the scheduler is such a flake.

I made two appointments to get an estimate for my housekeeping.The first appointment the lady had a car accident on the way thankfully she was okay . Unfortunately she was not able to call and let me know that she was not going to make it. I sent a message to the company and that how I found out what happened. I made another appointment for today at 3 oclock and its now after 5 oclock and no one came over and no one called. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and apologized for what happened yesterday but I have not heard from anyone today. Im pretty sure they would be excellent housecleaners but I need someone who I can rely on to be here on time so I wont be able to use their services after all.

They did a great job. It had been a few years since I had professionals clean my house. It was so worth it. I no longer have the time to clean the way I would like to with two small children running around. The glass shower doors became my biggest issue. No matter what I did I could not get the glass clean. When I came home from work after they cleaned, I ran straight upstairs to the bathroom. I couldn't believe my eyes. The glass was perfectly clean. I want to know their secret. That alone was worth the money to me. I will definitely be calling them again.

They were terrific. The used their own products, which were far superior to mine. Our guest bathroom shower doors have never looked so clean. They consulted me every step of the way. They moved knick-knacks off shelves and countertops, cleaned the surfaces and gently replaced them (unlike other services I have used which dropped stuff leaving nicks in hand-painted items). My house has never looked so good. I highly recommend them. [The reason for the "B" in punctuality is that they were 15 minutes late, but they stayed the whole two hours and did a great job!]

They didn't come at the time they scheduled me so I had to accommodate them. I wasnt ready and was about to leave the house but fortunately they came right before I was to leave. They cleaned as much as they could and were hurried. They were very nice and polite. They weren't able to quite finish but I understand it was first time and a bigger house than they may have thought. I purchased the special so not sure if that makes a difference

Provider made an appointment, never showed up and never called to cancel or reschedule. Not professional!

They were here bright and early. They were supposed to be two of them, but it was three of them, so I'm not sure exactly how they worked the timing out on it. There were areas that were done really good. They did a really good job washing the showers out, but I have some real complaints in the kitchen. I had the dishwasher running when they came and later when I needed clean dishes I found that they interrupted the cycle. They could've rinsed the stuff off of the cabinet and the dishwasher. I just found out how they got more in the dishwasher. They took a big dish out, stuck it in one of my bottom cabinets and it took me forever to find it, so there were some questionable practices. The dish was dirty because I had just started the dishwasher before they came. I didn't expect them to open the dishwasher because it was running. I didn't know that they had opened it until I needed clean dishes and when I went for them they were all dirty. They would've been more prompt in coming out to do the service, but I had some delays so there wasn't problem with that. I'm 70 and have a little dog, so I always leave some dog food accessible and water in case I die in the night the dog won't die. I asked them not to disturb the corner where I have the dog food stored. I didn't tell them why and just asked them not to disturb it. Well, when I came out I thought they thrown bag of dog food away so I went and bought another one, but I later found that they had put it in a bag, so they didn't leave the corner alone. There was not a language barrier there. That was no problem and they all spoke English well. The one who did the bathroom did an excellent job. The showers were washed down and I had trouble with that with other cleaning services. The one who did the kitchen didn't do so good because I have a black quartz counter and there were still sticky spots on it. The one who did the floors was fine. I have a flat glass stove top and I have a little ring burn on the burner that I use the most and they didn't work on that any, but I don't know if they were supposed to. It's a very small kitchen and there are certain things that I leave out on the counter. In an effort to make it look like it was all cleaned up they put things in the refrigerator that weren't supposed to be in there. They just tried to pick everything up and hide it, so it depended on the person that was working on the room. The kitchen wasn't so good, but the rest of the house was fine. The price was also fine. They offered to come back once a month for $85, which I thought was very reasonable but I did not follow-up on it because I wasn't real happy with the job. They were right on time. They couldn't find me, but I was outside watching them look for me because it is hard to tell with this building.

The service was great. They come out imediately after I purchased the big deal. My wife says that the house looks brandnew again. They send 3 people and they were done within an hour and a half. There was no unexpected isues that occur during the visit. There were a lot of stuff to do and they did good. They were quick and professional.

Speaking to her was fine but the time of which she wanted to do it wasnt a good time for me.

They completed everything I had as a priority and had a little time left to vacuum the family room and master bedroom. I was happy with the service. My only complaint would be that I bought 4 hours of service. They scheduled me way ahead for a date from 8:30-12:30. Two people showed up at 8 am for two hours. I had no problem with 2 people for 2 hours at all but I didn't appreciate that they didn't tell me that and that they showed up 1/2 hour early. My day could have been planned differently had I known they would be done by 10 am. I think it is a simple thing for the company to have let me know. They also should have made sure ahead of time that 8 am was okay with me instead of 8:30 if that's what they decided. Not happy with their communication but I have no complaints about the service. I gave punctuality an F rating because they did not show up when at the assigned time.

First, the good. I purchased a 4-hour cleaning for $85, which is a great price. They were very responsive through Angie's List messaging when I first purchased the voucher and was trying to find a day and time that fit my schedule. Finally, they did a really good job of cleaning our house and heeded our request on which areas we wanted them to focus on. For this, they get A's on price and quality. Now, the not so good. They arrived 30 minutes late for the cleaning. I am an understanding person, and I realize that maybe the job before mine took longer than they estimated. However, I expect a call close to the arranged time to let me know that they're running late and when they expect to show up. Also, when I called the contact number they gave me to try to find out what was going on with the delay, all I got was a voice mail greeting, and no one ever called to return the message I left. Lastly, when they arrived (keep in mind...30 minutes late), I got no apology, no explanation, only a "We're here." For this, they get B's on responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. (I was on the fence about giving C's instead, but decided to go with B's.) Overall, I give them a B. However, at this point, I'm 50-50 on whether I would hire them to clean my house again.

Professional, efficient and friendly. My only concern was the cleaning of the tile bathroom floor. I realized because of the type of tile they did not use a strong cleaner. I felt it needed a little more cleaning. Of course, I am very picky :)

I bought the service this morning after checking availability first with the company. Multiple openings were available for next week. When I received my confirmation from company several hours later, I was told they are booked out thru December. I purchased the cleaning specifically to help pre-Thanksgiving.

They weren't able to service my area. Even though they couldn't do the work, they responded to me very promptly. They were organized and professional.

Arrived on time. Did work as expected.

The three ladies that came to clean were on time, professional, and personable. They worked around areas of the house that were not accessible and were incredibly efficient. I am incredibly happy with the work that they performed, would recommend them, and will use them in the future.

I vought the Angie's list deal for 6 hours for $99. Excellent service. Three women showed up on time and didn't waste anytime getting started. One attacked the bathrooms and another the kitchen, and the third went around strating at getting the dust and cob webs from the ceiling corners and ceiling fans (we have a high vaulted ceiling--they came prepared!). They washed the few remaining dishes in the kitchen sink, scrubed the shower spotless, found and took out the recycling under the sink without me even teeling them it was there, dusted around and under computers and tangles of cords, washed our huge sliding door in the family room, and left me with a spotless wood floor (and I've got a dog that sheds excessively and two small children, so it was hairy and dirty). I left soon after they began, and didn't make it back in time to see if they stayed the whole two hours, but the result was excellent. My only gripe is that the house smelled like strong cleaning chemicals, nothing unusual, but I'm kind of sensitive to that smell and don't like it. It would be nice if they offered a "green" cleaning option.

They cleaned two stories, wiped down the walls, and damp mopped the floors, along with standard dusting, vacuuming, kitchen, baths and stripped/made the beds. All in all very good work. They even got here early.

Prompt and really did a very good job of cleaning. The ladies were extremely nice and were willing to do anything that I asked.
