Description of Work: I have not had service yet. Getting scheduled has been a nightmare. First they could not come later than 8am and my husband works nights. I negotiated to 9 am and they showed up at 8:15. I sent them away with them telling me no problem it could be rescheduled. I have emailed and talked with staff who promised to "callback" with available date. No calls. No communication. My husband asked me to look for a service for a bi-monthly contract. I thought this was a good way to try one out. So far I am out 99.00 with no work done. It does not look like this will be our regular service provider.

Description of Work: Late with same excuse two times. Not thorough cleaning. Did not even move the bed to get dirt from side against wall. Same with bedroom chair. Dirt under it. Hardwood floors throughout and furniture easy to move. Soap scum left in shower. Not confident cleaning is more than cosmetic. Not skilled on cleaning hardwood floors. The worst is both times the crew was late by 1/2-1 hour with same excuse of traffic in Pleasanton. My appt was at 9:30 am. They claimed to have client in Pleasanton with traffic causing lateness. Doesn't make sense. Back scheduling in the least.

Description of Work: They cleaned the kitchen, living room, office, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. I asked them to move the furniture and vacuum behind it. They did. The rest was general cleaning. They dusted the fans on request. I asked them to spend particular time cleaning the hardwood floors. They used Bona and rags which leaves a bit of a film. But the floors were clean.

Description of Work: They sent 2 people for 4 hours to clean my home. They did a great job cleaning. The only real problem was scheduling. Trying to coordinate schedules was tough I have small children and have to work around their schedules. The day they were suppose to come they never showed up and it was not until I called them that I was informed that the cleaners had been in an accident, and would not be coming. I totally understand not being able to make it, but again I had waited over an hour to call and feel that I should have been notified sooner. | |I have not decided if I would use them again. They did a great job at cleaning, but I need to have a service that is easier to schedule times to come, and communicates with me better.

Description of Work: The cleaning service was a bit disappointing. The cleaning people seemed only care about doing the minimum with the time frame. For example, they did vacuum the floor and looked ok, but if you move the chair way there were a lot of dusts underneath.
