Description of Work: Steam cleaned three rooms, one of them large, an expensive oriental carpet and steam cleaned a three piece sectional sofa. All carpets/items off white and pretty dirty. Even got leg wax spatter out of sofa! Very diligent. Second time I have used them.

Description of Work: Superlative Steam Cleaning is appropriately named--they were responsive, professional, and delivered an outstanding result. Jeremy from Superlative was able to completely remove a very large chocolate stain from our new living room rug (that had been ground into it by our dog who found some chocolate candy in a houseguest's suitcase). Thankfully, our dog was fine despite eating a fair amount of chocolate. But we thought that our rug had been ruined. Superlative was able to fit us into their busy schedule the same day that we called them (they understood the urgency of not letting the chocolate set into the rug), and their steam cleaning equipment (hooked up to the truck) was so powerful that Jeremy was remove every last bit of the chocolate stain. And he was able to do so by just using steam--no chemicals, not even any soap. We were thrilled with Suerlative's responsiveness and performance; we will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend their services.

+ -1 moreWhen I called to make the appointment, I was afraid of finding anyone because it was short notice. The person with whom I spoke on the phone (whose name I forget at the minute) was friendly and was able to fit us in at a time that worked with our schedule and with the company's. Jeremy arrived on time and worked to get out as many stains as possible - not charging any extra. He managed to remove all stains except one. Carpets/rooms smelt much better after the cleaning. Great way to be able to move into a new home with no time to replace carpet before move in. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Technician, Jeremy, came in and cleaned the smelly, stained carpets in 3 empty bedrooms and 1 empty master bedroom (no closets).
