The provider was very responsive, giving us a full and fair estimate quickly and scheduling the work over seven business days. The crew was on-time every day, professional, and respectful. They discovered some wood rot on the eaves and immediately provided a reasonable change order and had a carpenter on the property the next day. The job was done in five business days (two days early) and was very high quality. The whole process was very easy and the company was customer-focused. We would use them again and would recommend them to others. Our contact, Willy, was accessible and proactive.

The estimator provided an on-site review and quote promptly after inquiry. Once the quote was accepted, All Pro set a targeted start date and met it. The team worked quickly and efficiently, protecting the property from overspray and debris, patching several large gouges and cracks, and completing the work on time, all worry free as a resident. They remained in contact throughout the project and the work looks excellent. While All Pro charged more than the competition, their professionalism and thoroughness makes it worthwhile.

This is the most knowledgable company representative that I spoke to when I was obtaining estimates for painting my home. I am convinced this company would have done a great job, had I hired them.

I had just wanted the cheapest exterior painting done on the house as we are going to sell it and just wanted curb appeal. Jay Sanchez, the salesman who came out was very honest with me and said they do only quality work which I loved about this Company but we are not staying here long term. He was very honest with me and understood what I wanted.

The gentlemen that showed, was on time, prompt with his quote and very polite, however is it still a bit more than our lowest bidders, so we did not choose them.

They were very responsive, gave me a fair and accurate quote and did the work as scheduled. I can't be at my residence to oversee work so it was nice to find people you can trust and that are professional and don't need to be managed. I'd recommend them and will use them in the future.

They did a great job. They were prompt and professional. The owner and associate had a lot of experience with painting. They sent out one of the employees to test different colors to make sure I was happy, which was great because I did end up changing my mind. They were very patient and detailed in their work. I get compliments all the time on how great it looks. They got it done in exactly the time frame they said it would. I can't say enough about how the crew was. They did a great job cleaning up and taking care not to get paint on my belongings.

The estimator was on time and courteous, and he did a very thorough, careful job of writing up what I wanted to do. The painters themselves were also careful, and they did a beautiful job. I can recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are awesome!!! Jay Sanchez came out at the appointed time and gave us a quote. Although they may be a little more expensive, you get what you pay for. We had a back garage door that was damaged, and asked if they could replace that too. For a little more, they did it. Jay was very careful to help us match the existing colors we already had on the house, as well as which colors went where. The house had not been painted in a very long time. There was a lot of prep work. On the Friday before they started, the house was thoroughly pressure washed and allowed to dry for the weekend. Everyone showed up Monday, on time, and ready to roll. It took about a week, but the result was spectacular! At the end of the job, the painters did a walk around with us and fixed any problems, which there were very few. Then Jay came back and inspected the work himself. We would highly recommend All Pro, and down the road, will be using them for some interior work as well. From beginning to end, this was a very pleasant experience!

There was some sort of mix-up about the date/time, and no one showed up at the time I was expecting them. But I called the owner, and he immediately admitted responsibility for the mix-up and sent someone out within the hour to do my painting. The painter was neat, accurate and professional. I would use this business again.

They were on time and clean. They said what they were going to do and it looks great. They were prompt whenever we called. My overall experience was great. Their price was average. They were right on time and they were here when they said they would be here.

Jay came out to give us the initial estimate. He explained that the prep work that All Pro does is the key to having the job turn out well. He offered to help us with color selection (we didn't need it but it was appreciated nonetheless). After speaking with him, we decided to proceed with All Pro. Pascual and Polo power washed the exterior of our 1920's Spanish style house. They did an excellent job of repairing cracks , removing peeling paint and re-glazing a good portion of the windows. Pascual and Polo were on time, very professional, and easy to work with. The detail work they did on the wood trim and other decorative features of the house was done with great care. They have great pride in their craft and it shows in the finished job. We are very happy with the entire experience.

The painter removed our blinds in such a way as he could not put them back due to broken or missing pieces. We still are not able to put them back

The painting job itself was excellent. The crew was attentive, courteous, timely and cleaned up our house well when finished. Jay spent quite a bit of time with us at our initial meeting and helped us pick out colors. He was always punctual at getting back to our phone calls or emails. What I would advise if you use them is to make sure you have every last detail written down in your contract with them or things you assume will be done may not be. For instance, we wanted all the doors front and back,all the trim and baseboards in addition to the walls. When we came back to our house after five days the window sills in our master bedroom were painted beautifully but none of the other window sills in the house were done. As well as the trim around our slider door and window trim in our family room. It looked shabby of course next to the fresh paint around it. The backs of our doors weren't done either. We were told it wasn't in our contract and had to pay for the additional window sills and trim and so we did and they came back. When we came home that time the back of our bathroom door wasn't done- I was told that wasn't part of the second contract. Of course I could be wrong but I felt like it had certainly been discussed- why would we leave the back of one door in the whole house undone? I thought after spending $4625.00 with the company they would at least come back to paint the backside if one door but they didn't even offer that. So again, the paint crew and the paint job is excellent, but make sure every detail you want painted is mentioned specifically in your contract.

Excellent from estimate to completed job.! The painters also did great detail work around our mantel, moldings, baseboards and recessed lights.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They worked quickly as well as efficiently. Their prep work was great and I thought overall they did an excellent job.

The were on time and they did good work. They did what they said they would do. We were happy with them.

The job itself went fine. The guys that came out did a nice job. My only issue is that it was hard to schedule an appointment and I had to call a few times even though they were suppose to call me because I bought the service as part of the "big deal."

Very responsive and very flexible from the beginning. Straight forward and direct about what they can and cannot do. Asked questions to determine what I really wanted out of the one-day painting I requested. Great price for what they accomplished. Nice and respectful workers.

They contracted with another company to remove the popcorn from the ceilings. The workers were all professional and punctual, but they did not take into account that we were not going to be painting the walls in some of the rooms where they removed the popcorn, and scratched the walls. We were able to touch up the walls, but a little more care would have been appreciated. The painting of the ceilings and walls went well. The price was acceptable. All workers were professional and hard working.

First of all, Jay Sanchez did an outstanding job explaining how they would do the painting. His estimate was quite impressive. Their were several different people doing different jobs. I told the two workers I saw the most often, Jose and Fele, they must be the A team because everything looks exceptionally good. The complete job took approximately 4 1/2 days. The team did an outstanding job.
