Very well. They came out right away to give an estimate, and the next week they came to do the work. I am very please with the painting they did in my garage and kitchen. Thank you Andrew and Luis!

the service they did appears to be good. My only complaint is the contract said services would start at 7am, I took they day off and no one showed, I had to call the company. they said they would start at 3:30. Later I received a call that they would be there in the evening. no show, I had to call again, was told they would be there in the morning. No show at 7. they called at 7:15 and said running late. The job took 3 days longer than anticipated. Original estimate did not include primer coating even though this was obvious.

I called this company for an estimate and they scheduled a time to come out on August 28. The estimator arrived as planned and took some measurements and so forth. He told me he would email me a quote back the same day. I had asked him for two options, one of which was to paint the doors of my cabinets as well as the faces and he did say that he would need to ask his supervisor about painting the doors as they were thermofoil. On Friday the 30th I sent an email as I had not yet heard back regarding the quote that was promised for Wednesday. The estimator replied and apologized and said he still needed to follow up with his supervisor about the cabinet doors and stated that he would get me a quote that evening. Of course, no quote ever came that evening and I followed up again on Tuesday, September 3. I once again asked if he was going to get me the quote today. I told him at this point I don’t care about painting the cabinet doors. I said I just need the faces painted and that I needed the quote today, the third, because I needed to get the work done so I could have an open house. I then stated “if you can’t get me a quote I will have to go elsewhere.” I never heard anything back. I did make one more follow up phone call on Thursday the fifth. I spoke with a gentleman who said that he would email the estimator and copy the owner and that somebody would be getting back to me that day. No one ever contacted me so I have now hired another painter who called me back immediately, and came out the next day and started work! I would never call these people again as they were nothing but a huge waste of my time.

They did exactly what they said they would do, on time, on budget, without any issues. I don't think you can ask anything more of a contractor. Would highly recommend them for future projects

Very well did as promised and on budget

It went very well. Although we had a couple of small concerns at first, Andrew from Five Star took care of them immediately. We love the colors! The work done completely transformed the look of our house. Andrew and his crew worked hard to get it all looking perfect. Andrew made sure he checked on the progress and that the work was completed on schedule. We are very satisfied customers.

We always get great service. Andrew Plaza provides outstanding support and communication from the initial quote through the entire project. He is helpful during the decision making process and great with suggestions when you dont quite know what will work. The painters are polite and cooperative. They do a great job prepping, painting and with cleanup. Never disappointed. Thank you Willie, Andrew, and the entire team for making our home look amazing.

Without exaggeration, extremely well! I am a very particular and detailed person and did a lot of research before choosing Five Star Painting. I met with Andrew and I was very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. Andrew has been excellent at communicating and has gone above and beyond to accommodate us, ease our concerns, and help us out with time crunches, and with many different and unique circumstances. Which has included; a (family death) home sale, meeting association requirements, new move ins, home improvements, and even delicate pregnancy concerns; suggesting a cradle to cradle certification paint with zero VOC’s, strength, and odor. In addition, that job was completed before deadline and an unexpected 3 wk “early” delivery. In our experience Five Star Painting has been very professional, reliable, helpful, conscientious, respectful, and accommodating to the best of their ability. We have always been extremely happy and satisfied with all the work that they perform. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them at anytime!
