After coming to the property, I took off work to meet him, he did not provide a quote. I called to find out when I would be reciving my quote and he said they could not take on my project.

There were some minor additional costs because the Big Deal was just for the painters, not the equipment. They actually used my sprayer and my paint, but they charged me for the rollers. The workers did absolutely beautiful work. Before the work was done, I tried to inquire with the owner about some additional work. I wanted my barn painted and the remaining part of the exterior of my home painted. The owner was rude and not willing to do anything additionally for me. I wasn’t happy with the owner, but I give them a 'C' overall because the workers were truly great!

Home was built in 1979 and is a two story. They painted the complete exterior of our house including stucco, wood siding, doors, garage doors and eaves. They also painted wrought iron fencing along the complete width of our yard , 3 gates and a staircase down to the lower part of our property which is approx. 30 stairs. From the beginning of our search (which we got 3 bids only from contractors listed on Angieslist) All Pro Painting was professional, courteous, and prompt from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with the great job they did. The crew was fabulous keeping us informed everyday on what we could expect and not once did they not deliver on exactly what the said. They cleaned up each day and we couldn't find even one area of overspray or drops of paint anywhere on our property. We would recommend them anytime to anyone with the highest rating we could give. No problems. There were some minor additional costs to the Big Deal for supplies. I gave a 'B' in responsiveness because we asked the individual who handles scheduling to contact us with an estimate for the exterior of our home, but we never heard back. The guy who came out both times was excellent though

This is the second time I used this company. I was quite impressed with them the first time and remembered the quality service they supplied. I was so happy that I needed another paint job at another residence and I could count on them to do the best work in the business. | |They were quick to respond with an estimate, offered a remarkably low estimate, and started the job in the same week! Now my coach is the pride of our park community. | |P.S. They even straightened my crooked porch light and fastened it securely in place. I LOVE these guys.

Willie called shortly after I purchased the Deal - so far, so good. Willie came to the house to look at the project just a couple of days later - great. I was told how much paint would be required to complete the job and we purchased a bit more than Willie indicated. We had to go out of town and so the project start was delayed. Project began on December 19th with four painters. They put plastic over everything and sprayed the ceilings. Everything looked promising. Willie did not tell them which rooms to paint and so they began painting rooms which were not included in the contract; OK, so we can live with that. The 4 painters were here for 1 day. The second day (Friday, 12/20) only 2 painters showed up. They began painting the walls but before leaving that afternoon we were informed that we were going to need considerably more paint than Willie had indicated. We purchased the additional paint that weekend. Monday morning (12/23) the same two painters came in and continued painting. They completed the project on 12/24. I called Willie after Christmas and informed him that the staircase railings were painted a flat white instead of the finish we had requested. I also told him of the additional paint required, the fact that the 2 guys he sent in to finish the work were so rushed that we had paint on floors, furniture, sinks, toilets, clothing, etc. Willie indicated that he would speak with his crew and get back to me. That was the last I heard from Willie.

I ended us them or anybody yet. Did a lot of the job myself.

EVERTHING WHEN WELL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

Went great - the guys were on time, and even finished early on the 2nd day because they worked so quickly.

Everything went very-very smooth. The workmen were very friendly and always on time. My wife and I are very impressed with the quality of workmanship and quality of materials used.

Excellent, excellent professional painting of my home. They provide prompt, reliable and professional service. Willie Plaza and his team of painters performed an outstanding job way beyond my expectations. Completed drywall repair, new baseboards in my entire home and painting. I was provided a color choice chart because I wanted different colors in my rooms. I choose colors that complimented each room and the finished job was magic! I receive numerous compliments from everyone who visits. Hire them for you painting needs, you will not be disappointed!

I am not satisfied. There were many part of the wall with paint drips, and right before the final inspection, I mentioned about the paint drips and they went over with the roller where paint were dripping giving a different share of color and texture when paint dried. Also, they were such hurry to leave that they did't put back the all electrical cover. Also, not sure what type of roller they were using but I ask about paint debris and they said it was my wall which I doubt is the wall. I guess was expecting with all the great reviews, great service. it felt short. Please have the courtesy when someone complaints to call them back and at least see what you can do to make the customer happy rather than just updating the board. I have picture to prove and end it up costing me more paying someone else to fix the drip mess.

1. The painter was prompt. 2. He was a perfectionist while painting stripes.3. He offered great ideas and honest opinions about the color. 4. He was a hard worker and quick. 6. He cleaned up as he went along. 7. He explained that the company had a lot of work which was why it took over a month to be scheduled. I thought the delay was due to the great price I got on Angies List and the schedule was in favor of full payers.

Willy was punctual, professional and very accessible and responsive to my calls and emails. His crew was very professional and clean and completed the job in the timeframe he quoted. I will use All Pro Painting again and will without hesitation recommend his services to all I know.

They were excellent. Very professional, courteous, helpful and the finished product was stellar!

Willie came by in early December to provide a proposal. The proposal included a pressure wash, minor facia replacement, repairing chipped stucco, prep and paint the whole exterior and all the trim, regular and security doors, garage door, and backyard patio cover and gazebo. His super courteous, fast and friendly crew, Armando and Luis, arrived early each day, and worked diligently and quietly and were a pleasure, as well as providing me a comfortable feeling of experience. The price was a good value. Kudos to the ALL PRO gang???they certainly have my appreciation and recommendation!

They did a great job. They repaired all the stucco and the paint looks great. The only negative is they were supposed to phone me about coming on a weekend and never did and then just showed up. The other thing is they were somewhat loud with their music and talking while working. They however did do excellent work. I would use them again.

He was extremely polite, and very good at painting. He hardly needed any tape, and had such speed and precision, even between our white walls and our black accent wall. Everything went well. He was not able to do the small toilet closet area due to time restraints, but I knew that would be a stretch going into this. I would definitely use All Pro again, especially if I knew Pascual would be my painter!

I bought the 2 painters for 2 days special. When the owner came out to check out the work I wanted done, he said it could not be finished in 1 day and would take at least 2 1/2. He quoted me $1450 and said he would apply the money I paid for the Angie's List deal. He literally only applied the $449 I paid for a days worth of work that according to the deal was worth more. So I paid $1450 for a less than 2 day job with 2 painters, and I provided my own paint. That comes out to more than $750 per day. That deal I bought was not a savings at all and I was stuck with them doing the job or I would have lost the money I paid on the deal.

They came and painted the entire house and did an excellent job. They were very professional, nice, and courteous.

The prep work the team from All Pro did was incredible. The wood trim was in bad shape in places but they removed flaking paint and filled in with putty where needed. Preparing the stucco which had been covered with vines that had left marks and holes in the old paint was a huge effort. I never dreamed the stucco would look so great when they finished. But it looks fabulous. For all of the work that went into this project the price was very reasonable. Workers cleaned up after each day's work and worked each day until the project was completed. They readily answered all of my questions, were friendly and polite. I will have All Pro back to do our next painting project and can highly recommend their work to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It turned out really well. We just finished scheduling them for some additional painting. They were here on time. They got everything done that we had asked. They went a little above and beyond because we had asked them about how to paint the top of a fireplace mantel and he said he would do it so it was little stuff like that. They were very courteous and very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. We paid an additional $109.25. I wished they would have asked where to dump the paint when they cleaned up because they put it in front of my cedar tree. I wish they would have been a little more conscientious on the little stuff like that. It was a good price for 2 guys being here for 8 hours. It would have been nice if they had been a little more upfront about the equipment use. They didn't say anything about the cost of the sprayer but I think they just assumed I knew there would be a sprayer. I assumed it would be part of the original $450 that I paid. They said they had to rent it and it was $65. I don't think they intentionally hid that, it was just a miscommunication. They were really good.

Willie came by to quote my painting project a full year ago. The project was to pressure wash, prep and paint all the trim on my 2 story house and backyard gazebo. His guys arrived right on time each day, and were happily willing to help on a few small extra projects, like removing unused satellite dishes from the roof. Nice guys who worked quietly and were very pleasant to have around the house for a week. The price was right in the middle of the pack and I felt it was a good value. I cant say if the paint job will last at this point, but they did all they could to properly prep the trim and gazebo and I feel it will do well in years to come. Willie was easy to work with and was willing to stand by his 1 year old quote with a minor bump in price. I have a 2nd home in the local mountains and will call Willie when it's time to paint there as well.

All Pro was great. Very reasonable rate. Responded right away. Two painters came that were very good, courteous, professional and fast. Overall great experience.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very good. They were on time, they did a good job taping, they did a good job painting, they were quick and clean. We just needed some touch up work on different things. They were courteous and prompt.
