Description of Work: Steve Vaden was the only contractor who figured out where the leaks in my walls were coming from. Those pesky leaks were vexing me and Steve brought me peace of mind. Once he identified the hairline cracks, he got about the business of routing them out and re-stucco-ing them. Because of his networking with other contractors, he made recommendations to us for painters & roofers. Because of his recommendation, we had a great roofer, too. I would defiinitely use Steve Vaden again.

 + -1 moreVaden Construction (Steve) was very thorough in his estimate of time and materials. We did not have a lot to spend on this project. In my opinion, his estimate contained the least amount of waste in material costs. He worked the lumber numbers himself. The deck will last for years. The sloped back yard now looks like it belongs to the house.
Description of Work: Re-worked and repaired older deck. Re-worked deck foundation. Stabilized sloping yard with steps.
