Description of Work: We had him check for mold all over- I think we did 12 samples. Jason was great- very thorough and calm. Not freaked out by the dogs or my messy house! We got our report a few days later. No BS with this provider!

Description of Work: Jason took several air samples and readings,wall and ceiling samples, crawlspace samples and did an inspection of our entire unit...he was very professional, explained everything and was very patient in answering our questions...he also helped us determine where our $$ spent taking samples etc would be best spent...could not have asked for more ...

Description of Work: I paid an extra $100 for them to expedite the testing so I could get it back the next day. They didn't do that but wouldn't refund me my $100.

Description of Work: After the services were performed, he repeatedly and severely harassed me for payment. This was after he was informed that the insurance company was paying him. He called me a liar. When the insurance company reimbursed him, he said he didn't believe me before. Dealing with this company was extremely stressful and I would advise anyone to stay away.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $79 for a Whole House Mold Inspection. The service was fine. They did recommend some follow up testing, however, the follow up testing was pricey. I didn’t like that the service wasn't conclusive, they could not be sure of the mold unless they did further testing. They were pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: I had been worried about having mold for years. He came and did an inspection using his equiptment and told me that I did not have mold . He suspected it was mildew in the carpeting or padding. He believed if I removed both, the musty smell would be gone. However, he took a sample of some particles and asked me if I wanted them tested to be sure. I agreed and he sent them to a company that tested them and I was fine. the test came out negative for mold. This greatly relieved my fears. I was impressed with his honesty and concern for my concerns. His price and the company he referred me to were very reasonable and a lot less than I thought it would cost.

Description of Work: I was concerned that I may have had toxic mold due to moldy appearing substance in my bathroom and a worsening of my allergies. The technician checked indoor and outdoor samples as well as specifically testing the sites that were of my concern. The technician was knowledgeable of the different mold species and was able to predict that I was likely observing a mildew in my bath as opposed to toxic mold which was reassuring.

The samples did add up, so I spent more than I would've liked, but also mold checking is important to me, and I haven't shopped around much, so I don't know if this is the standard sample price. They offered many sample options, and I just did the main ones that seemed the most crucial. The Angie's List discount did help.

Description of Work: After speaking with the owner Jason, a mold technician Kalif came to the house to do the work.He arrived a few minutes early to set up .He asked me my concerns and then he thouroughly inspected the whole house for evidence of mold. He then sat down with me and sugested different approaches and explained them clearly.I decided to do several samples: air ,wall surface and into 2 walls. At a follow up visit Jason took a sample of paint which tested positive for lead. I recieved a report from the company as expected in a timly manner. Both gentlemen are prompt ,professional and straightforward. I was very happy with the service
