Website and Angie's List both provide (different) contact numbers. Both go to a recording saying "to streamline" they direct you to the website. The Pricing page on the website does not show prices. Circular nonsense. What kind of service is that?

Same Day Mold Testing made themselves available to conduct my mold inspection within just a few hours. The inspector showed up on time and even gave a call ahead with an ETA to confirm the appointment. My wife and I were sure that we had some sort of a mold problem. However, after the visual inspection our mold inspector informed us that there were no elevated moisture readings and no serious problem but we could do some air sampling. I would strongly recommend this company as they have displayed the selflessness all companies should provide.

It went good. Everything went well. They did what they were supposed to do. The workers were friendly. They did their jobs. They did it in a timely manner like they said they would.

The inspector, Kraig Gloster, arrived on time, and was extremely professional and honest. Integrity is always important, but is critical when you are dealing with possible mold issues, since the shysters are out there ready and willing to take advantage of homeowners. I was extremely impressed.

I scheduled an inspection after hours via the Same Day Mold Testing website, and Jason was at my home the very next morning. He ran into traffic on his way out and called promptly from the road to update his estimated time of arrival. He was courteous and articulate throughout the inspection, and even took the time to explain to me what he was looking for as he carried out a thorough review of the property. He pointed out potential areas of concern, but did not suggest any unnecessary lab work or add-on services. Finally, he charged a fair price and delivered the written report on the same day. Had very bad experience with a well known vendor who advertises on TV - we felt we were being taken advantage of. We went to Angie's List to locate another vendor for a second opinion. They were professional and gave a clear explanations and a clear bill.

The inspector came out the day after we requested a visit from the company, and test results were provided in less than a week. The inspector was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had an Angie's List discount on the service call portion of the charge, and the additional per test cost was less than two competing companies I checked with. Overall, excellent service.

It was within the same day for testing and results.

That service turned out good. They gave me a verbal report that same day. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I was not there when he did the work, but he did give me a phone call. They came quickly.

A 100% GREEDY AND DISHONEST COMPANY.....STAY AWAY FROM THEM........We had a slow water leak from the upstairs condo that was not detected for quite some time. The water came into our unit behind the water heater in the closet and remained undetected also for quite sometime. One of my new tenants complained that he was getting sick, he had all kinds of allergies and went to the doctor. He told me that his symptoms disappeared when he moved out of the condo. He replaced the mattress and got the carpet and furniture steam cleaned...but nothing helped. Meanwhile, he took a photo of the duct work and found black spores which indicated the presence of mold. I immediately contacted SAME DAY MOLD COMPANY, spoke to Tiesha and Jason and requested them to conduct a mold test. On September 3rd. I sent an E mail to Jason asking him to conduct 4 mold tests..... and one more test that would help in finding out where the mold came from.I sent him a photo of the mold that was growing in the duct work and specifically requested him to test the ducts in the living room, also to test the area near the water heater where the leak was detected. HE DID NOT DO THIS. What he did was to test one carpet sample and conducted 4 AIR tests. We all know that this was the easiest thing to do, it would have required more effort to conduct the other tests which I requested.In addition, he conducted a air test outside the condo...which I did not authorize. Why not go to McDonalds down the street, conduct five air tests and bill me because you deemed it to be appropriate? When questioned, Jason said that my son who was present agreed to four AIR tests...and since he was my representative, he did what was asked. THIS NOT TRUE.. My son did not authorize it and he was just there to let them into the condo. If, lets say, a janitor, let them into my condo, would he become my representative? What Jason wanted to do was conduct 4 easy tests....and requested my son to authorize more tests at 75.00..which was refused. DISHONEST AND GREEDY COMPANY.

They were very good. They're independent. We paid per sample and I think he did three samples from different areas.

They are okay. The only thing I didn't like, was they did a test for lead paint, which I knew I about, and he charged me $90 for it. The actual reports they sent back were great. All the information was there, and it was nicely done. I would probably use them again. The price was average, and he did a good job.

The entire process went extremely smooth and well. Jason was courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk with. He listened with patience and care to our concerns, and made sound suggestions about how to prevent mold from growing in the bathrooms. Jason was a true professional. We highly recommend him without any reservation.

This is the fourth time we've used Jason, and every time, he's done a stellar job. Not only did he come out at 9:30pm the same day that we called ("Same Day" indeed!), but he sent us the results and the report back within less than 48 hours, which is critical when you're dealing with a mold issue. Thanks again, Jason!! Even though we really like you, fingers crossed that this is the last mold issue we encounter!!!

Gave me reporting options with the cost of each, described additional tests with the costs of each, and made recommendations as to how I should proceed. I took his recommendations.

Jason was a total pro in his examination of a rental unit I own. He kept in constant communication when he was stuck in traffic on the way to the unit and was a total professional from the moment he stepped on to the job site. He took two indoor and two outdoor air quality tests as well as doing a thorough examination of the unit. His report was very succinct and clear as to the results. Would definitely use him again in the future if the need arose.

We had a plumbing leak from the unit above our unit. The water leaked through our ceiling and down our bathroom wall. Smelling a musty odor, we were worried there might be a mold problem that may be hazardous to our health. I called the company and an appointment was set for the next day. Mr. Harris, the owner, came by as scheduled with all his testing equipment and tools. I described the reason for calling him and he performed a visual inspection of the walls and ceilings and used a moisture meter to identify wet spots behind the wall. Upon completion, he explained the type of air samples that would be useful and left it up to me to decide how many samples I wanted. I ended up getting 5 samples and wanted the results in one day so the price was $95 per sample (instead of $75 per sample if I waited one week) for the results. This was in addition to the $95 discounted inspection fee. The air samples taken were: inside the ceiling, inside the wall, the ambient air in the bathroom (where the leak occurred), the ambient air in the living room which adjoins the bathroom and a sample of the air outside on the public sidewalk in front of our unit for comparison purposes to the other 4 air samples. Mr. Harris actually called me the same evening to give my the oral test results (no molds in the air, but some are inside the walls) along with recommendations for remediation. Of course, I would have to find the remediation company on my own since Mr. Harris is a "Test Only" company to avoid conflicts of interest. The full written report of the test results will be delivered to us within a week. Mr. Harris was very neat in drilling small holes in the wall and ceiling to collect the air samples and refilled them with matching putty. He vacuumed up any dust and covered his shoes with booties to be extra thoughtful. My wife and I are happy with his work and the test results. Please note that I rated his price a "B" instead of "A" because I didn't get any other quotes for testing by other companies so I cannot say hid price was superior. But, we do feel that his price was fair.

Jason was very professional and accommodating. He came to test the mold in the house and garage. Got the results in one week.
