Within an hour of finding that our water heater was broken and the basement was flooded (at 6:30 in the evening), Plumbing Professionals was at our door with a new one. They were fast, reliable and had a great attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jason arrived on time and ready to work. He was friendly and professional, the work was completed in a reasonable time. He was flexible and was able to accomodate us when we had to alter the project slightly from what was earlier agreed upon at the estimate. I would hire him again in the future.

I put in a request to move a gas pipe and wihin 2 hours it was done. Jason from Plumbing Professionals responded quickly, was clean and neatly dressed, and very polite. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Great job! Jason was able to communicate via email as requested when no other contractor would. He shopped around for the toilet and gave us options. He was able to accomodate to my work schedfule, arrived on time, went right to work and finished quickly. I live in an old house and know I will hire Jason again.
