Jason consistently responded quickly, even when the nature of the project kept changing. He's friendly and obviously trustworthy. He's willing to talk through options and gives detailed, clear estimates. His work was great and his rates are very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

Jason is prompt in both responses and completing tasks. Friendly with good personality. My room addition project required several phases for inspection. Jason and his crews had performed well and beyond.

Jason called 5 minutes after I put in my request, and arrived within 2 hours on a Saturday. The leaking pipe was fixed in 15 minutes. Rates reasonable. Excellent job !!

ARRIVED ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER FINISHING THE PROJECT

Plumbing Professionals was hired to install a sump pump do to water issues around the foundation. The sump pump has been placed and a portion of the pipe has been completed, waiting on the concrete before the job can be finished. Jason has also taken care of other plumbing issues at the house, and was kind enough to let me know that he found a main beam running under a cast iron tub had been cut to accommodate plumbing (previous job by a South Pasadena, CA company), which could be dangerous. Thank goodness for a helpful and honest company.

Jason showed up when he said he would and charged what he said he would. Very happy.

He was quick to respond and did a great job

This contractor was very personable, knowledgable , and seemed able to do the job just as I was requesting. This contractor was well below or far below the other contractor quotes I received. By the time the last quote came I had decided to reduce the scope of the job and utilize somewhat more expensive material at a price slightly high than this contactor. The late hour of the day for the urgent repair also factored into the decision to go with the other (last) contractor. I look forward to hiring or most certainly consulting this contractor for any future plumbing work that I need.

Jason was very conscientous and made sure my problem was corrected. He even showed me how to check to make sure it was still working properly. I will definitely use him again.

This company has the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment with Jason for an estimate on a large re-piping job at my home and confirmed the time. Instead of coming directly to my home he took another appointment on the way and called 45 mins later to tell me he was in route to my house. I told him I was not interested in doing business with him. If this is the kind of service that is shown to a potential new customer then I question the quality of their work as well. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They were very nice, and prompt. They finished the job on the date they promised, they even worked Saturday and Sunday to get the job finished on time, at no extra charge.

Jason demonstrated punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism. He was very accommodating with our schedule as well. He and his crew did some good work and the service was great. The price was reasonable and was not through the roof outrageous like some other quotes we got. We will be calling Jason back again if and when we need more plumbing work done.
