Description of Work: Trimmed several trees, were fast, and cleaned up quite nicely. Very personable, easy to deal with, will have them back in the Fall

Description of Work: Removed dead wood from large Spanish Ash. Cut branches from power and phone wires.

Description of Work: Did not perform service because they are way over priced and tried to add on big costs to my voucher I paid for. Bought a $199 "Big Deal" for $400 worth of tree service, had a previous estimate from another tree company for work that was exactly $450 so figured I'd pay at most $50 more for the work. They tried to charge me $800 more, for a total of $1,000 for the service I was quoted $450. The other tree service was licensed and insured and had good reviews too. So don't overpay.

Description of Work: Tree removal and light trimming. Slight miscommunication with estimate vs reality. There was no "artistic" pruning ordered but they did a fine job of removal and utilitarian pruning.

Description of Work: A three man crew came as scheduled and pruned a large "wall" of ivy, and pruned large potted trees. The work was professionally well done and the crew were helpful with other suggestions.

Description of Work: I needed them to remove a tree whose roots were obstructing my sewer line. I got an estimate from Lance and then bought a deal on Angie's list. They contacted me first after I bought the deal, which was very nice. I eventually was able to schedule the appointment and they arrived and removed the tree very quickly and they were friendly and professional when I spoke to them. The charge was significantly less than another quote to remove the tree.

Description of Work: trimmed bushes and shaped/trimmed trees. |They cleaned up the premises and asked if there was anything else that they might have not noticed. They did a very good job with pruning my 3 large trees.

Description of Work: They responded very quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. We confirmed a date for them to perform the service. Just before the day they were to trim my tree, I received a call to cancel. Apparently, they did not have enough customers from my area to justify the service for the Big Deal price. I was OK with having to reschedule, but I had to notify my neighbors, once to let them know the workers will need access to their yard, then once again to let them know it was cancelled. Thank goodness they were understanding. I purchased the service on 2/5, and they were not able to come until 3/19. I had to contact them to reschedule, was told I would be called at the beginning of March. I did not get the call. I had to call again and was finally able to schedule a date. They were to come at 10:00 am, they came at 8:00 am. | |After all this, I was pleased with the work they did. I spoke to one of the trimmers (while he was waiting for a piece of equipment they didn't bring with them) and he seemed to know what he was doing. They did thoroughly clean both my yard and my neighbor's yard. | |When it was finally over, I was asked to pay. I said it was paid through Angie's list. I don't know why they didn't know this?
