Each stage was 1-3 days work: removing tile, removing tub. reworking the plumbing, doing the "hot mop" sealing of the floor with tar, tiling the new space, etc. -- so the whole job took about 2 weeks, when I thought it would be closer to one week (but I did not know for certain; no guarantees about time). Different workers came and went during this period. A few were less than professional and had some misunderstanding of the job, but the contractor was on top of all the work and made sure the job was done well and the way I wanted it. He noticed a crack in the toilet that the workers did, so he replaced the whole toilet on his dollar. The tiling was especially well done. The tiler was meticulous about his work, so it really looks good. The price was very good, especially with the discount from Angie's list.

I am not sure about the quality of work as it probably won’t rain again for 6 months or more, I was e-mailed the pictures of the repair which I appreciate very much.

NO WORK/SERVICE RECEIVED.....HE NEVER SHOWED UP! HE NEVER CALLED

They had quoted me $70 and the gentleman charged me $139. I then refused to pay $139 and he spoke to someone in the office, to have the other $69 sorted out. They job was good, but the service man was not punctual. I may not use their services on future.

The job was scheduled for May 12 but they did not arrive at the appointed time of 1300hrs. I received a call later that afternoon to reschedule for the next day. They came and completed the job in about three hours. The positive components of their work was their professionalism as exemplified by them pointing out that the columns would need to be bolted to the patio brick floor. They did this. Unfortunately, I did not discover until days later that the shelves were not plumbed. They were off by 1.5 degrees, which may seem small but on a 91-inch shelf holding water-filled self-watering planters there will be a significant shift in the water level.

Wilfredo was prompt and professional every step of the process. He arrived promptly for our scheduled appointments. He was very detailed focus and handled the installation without any missteps. I would highly recommend Wilfredo and E. B. Specialist based on my first hand experience.

Worked with him once and he was okay. Called for another job. There was no response. Called a 2nd Time. He promised to call back, and never did. Simply received a bunch of excuses. Called a 3rd time and his voice mail was full.

I called him and he told me how much he would charge on the phone without even seeing what needs to be done. He was very honest with me. He set up an appointment first. Then, he called me the day before the appointment and asked if he can come now and I said I was leaving somewhere. He then said he will come tomorrow and he never turned up. I called him the next day and fixed another appointment on Saturday. He came on Saturday, but I was not here. He finally sent his crew on the third appointment. They did a very good job. They were clean. They cleaned everything after the work was finished. They did what they were supposed to do and they did not charge me more than what I was told over the phone. However, after it started raining, I noticed that part of the plaster was getting wet from inside. I called him back to come and see it. He said that we did not paint it and the painting would put a seal. He just assumed that we would paint it. We were waiting to have our entire house cleaned and we did not know that it needed a seal. He said that they could go ahead and put a seal if I wanted. I told to him to put a seal and told him that I have some other stuff that I wanted him to do. When he came, I went around and showed him everything that I wanted to get it done. I told him when they come in to do other work after an estimate they could come and finish the sealing of the wall. He told me he will e-mail me an estimate and I never heard back from him. The job that they did was very good. I would have used them again, but because of the first time not showing up and then for the second time not even getting back to me I just decided not to use their service. Their price was fine for me.

this is the best company and crews I ever seem. They were always polite, efficient. productive and responsive. Will and his workers worked really hard. Most of of day , they worked from 8::30 am till 800:pm. They were detail, organized and professional. Will was always prompt, listened to all my concerns. My experience was a very positive one. I will hire them again and refer other clients. I really appreciated them.

It didn't go. No one from company showed up or called.

He was a pleasure to work with, very affordable and punctual. He left the place just like he found it after the job was completed. I would use him again again in the future.

We called Wilfredo for this based on the excellent work that he did on the previous job - see prior review. The story is pretty much the same, only this was a smaller job that only took a couple of hours. Showed up on time, got the work done perfectly, cleaned up meticulously. We are in a rental but have previously owned a home, and if I was an owner I would have a long list of things i would ask Wilfredo to do.

Wilfredo came promptly to give an estimate, which he based on two people for a day's work. When we scheduled the work, he and a colleague showed up on time and worked through the day until everything was completed. The plastering work was immaculate, better than what the apartment management had done on the last paint job. all of the connections worked, and there was not a drop of debris in sight after they finished - very thorough clean up.

We finally replaced our main T.V. and needed to change from a square T.V. hole in the oak cabinet to a rectangular one. Wilfredo was punctual, professional, pleasant to work with, made good suggestions and did an excellent job with what turned out to be a tricky project. He cut out part of the verical dividers on each side of the T.V. square, made sure his cuts were level, attached the facing pieces to the back part as I asked, and stained the newly exposed wood to match the rest of the cabinet. He cleaned up beautifully and even helped me put the T.V. in place. We're very pleased with how the cabinet looks and are hiring him to come back next week to do some more projects for us. I also thought his charge was very reasonable.

Wilfredo and his assistant were always punctual, courteous, answered all my questions, keeping me informed of progress, giving me plenty of notice before turning off the water, placed cloth walkway through living room and hall to the bathroom. At the end of each day they always cleaned entire area inside and outside of house. After installing shower, ADA toilet, vanity with faucets, grab bars and vinyl, he painted entire bathroom and installed molding. My new bathroom looks beautiful! Having a licensed, insured and bonded company was very important to me and I would definitely recommend him to everyone who needs large or small jobs!

Wilfredo was very prompt returning my initial call and we setup an appointment for him to come by the house to go over what I wanted done. He was also prompt to email a very competitive quote and to clarify/make adjustments as needed. We set a start date/time but did not have a clear end date set. Overall the work took about a week with Wilfredo at the house almost every day working usually with an associate or two depending on what they were working on that day. The house being empty probably facilitated the work. The sanding and refinishing of the hardwood floors was saved for last and took a few days for things to dry and to be retouched as needed. Note that I did get other quotes but decided on Wilfredo based mostly on first impressions and professionalism but also based on the reviews from Angies List. I got exactly what I expected, am satisfied with the work, and would not hestitate calling on Wilfredo again or recommending him and his crew.

We got a quote from Wilfredo, and the job started about a week later. Demolition was completed the first day, plumbing took a couple more days, during which the new walls were installed and tiled. Another couple of days were needed for the floor to be laid, grouted and cured, and less than half-a-day was taken painting the walls and trim. We purchased a new toilet beforehand; the new sink had been bought five or six years earlier. Wilfredo offered to buy the tiles for the floor and walls, and we accepted. The job would have been finished earlier, but we had though that Wilfredo would buy the shower curtain rack (miscommunication). After the rack arrived Wilfredo came back and installed it. Wilfredo and his crew were always punctual and courteous, giving us plenty of notice before turning off the water, and laying a paper walkway through the living and dining rooms to the bathroom. Being the house's original bathroom, it now looks more in accord with the house's 1924 build date. We are very happy with Wilfredo's work and have more jobs for him in the future.

Mr. Alvarado was a delight to have as a service repair specialist. Efficient, patient, professional, polite, he met all my expectations. He did a beautiful job at installing a doggie door, and adjusting the clearance of my garden gates. He even helped me with my garage door remotes and I have asked him to return for another project. He was excellent.

Wilfredo came over with a helper, determined what they had to do with the gas dryer ducting and then went over to our rental and saw the window to be replaced. They used their time efficiently and got the work done on time and on budget. I recommend Wilfredo. He's a good man.

Called on a Monday to schedule the job, Wilfredo and his partner came out on Friday to do the work. Began work about an hour and a half after our scheduled time, but called ahead of time to let me know that he was running late. It ended up being a much longer job than expected to go under the crawl space of our house and move the plumbing. Took about 8 hours, he worked from 3:00 pm until after 11:00 pm. He stuck to the estimate he gave us, which considering how much work it ended up being was extremely reasonable. They made a mistake where their drilling on one side of the wall came up through the floor in our living room, however, they fixed it professionally--no trace of the error. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job of sealing their work with drywall/stucco/paint so that it matches the wall around it; you could barely tell work was done; the job exceeded my expectations. Their team was extremely professional, friendly and gracious throughout the entire process, even to my children who kept coming over to peek at their work. It was an overall excellent experience and we definitely plan on using EB Specialist again in the future for other jobs.

We were very satisfied. Wilfredo inadvertantly missed the first appointment, but apologized and promptly appeared on the rescheduled date. He and his assistant did all the requested work and an additional task as well. Everything looks great, and the price was right. I'd definitely use him again.

This was an excellent experience all around. I described what needed to be done, and they scheduled an appointment for Monday. There was an accident, so they rescheduled for the following Monday. They told us what was going on and kept the second appointment as scheduled. The work took several hours, more than I expected, but they worked diligently and even went out to buy a toilet part that I did not have. Their charge for services was very reasonable. They finished everything in one visit. We are very pleased with the results. There is a big improvement in making our condo more pleasant and useful.

I would love to call Wilfredo again. The only problem with Wilfredo is that he has a very busy schedule and you must book him in advance. You may have to wait, but you will be very satisfied with his work.

Wilfredo arranged a visit within 48 hours of calling, showed up on time, discussed options for the work very knowledgeably and delivered an estimate that evening. Upon agreeing to the estimate, work was scheduled promptly. The team showed up on time each day, worked hard, kept me informed of progress, questions and issues (including a drain issue which needed more attention than originally expected) and were very respectful in dealing with noise, dust and cleanliness. In fact they were particularly fastidious in cleaning up after themselves each day. The end result is excellent - great workmanship, professionally executed.
