Description of Work: This was for a different property I needed handyman services for, but there was a misunderstanding about the job site, which was ok because they called to let me know they were going to be late. They rescheduled for later the same day and the work was completed promptly and they showed up on time for the 2nd appointment. The 2nd time I tried to use this vendor, I had specifically emailed the job site address so there would be no confusion. After waiting for an hour and leaving multiple phone messages and emails, I gave up. I asked for a refund via email and that's when I finally got a response apologizing, and saying they sent the workers to the billing address again, even though the same email chain contained a confirmation that he received the job site address, day and time! Also, why did I not receive a response to any of the inquiries of "when do you think you'll be arriving, I've been waiting for 30 minutes...? Time is valuable and I'd rather spend it on a vendor who I can trust will show up if properly communicated with.

Description of Work: He changed a hard-wired smoke alarm after trouble-shooting the issue that was causing horrible chirping (we changed the batteries and tried everything before we called him). He checked all our other five slams as well, and also checked our carbon monoxide alarm as well.

Description of Work: I called them 5/14 in the morning and they have never responded back to me. I left a voice mail with my name and phone number. No response.

Description of Work: painted apartment, replacement broken tile. Very professional, workers very qualified, very clean and great job done.

Description of Work: Did not show-up or call. The residence is a duplex unit. Wil said he could do the job required and would even call my tenant to confirm he would be there on April 14th. I was impressed thinking the fix was in good hands. However, when I called Wil to get the outcome of the repair I got a message saying his mail-box was full and was not receiving messages. Not being able to call him, I then called my tenant who informed me he was a no show, Wil never did call me and explain.

Description of Work: I spent a lot of time describing the situation. I needed someone who could handle fine art and hang it. He made an appointment. Never called or showed up. He's also not insured or bonded.

Description of Work: I found this service on Angie's List, and he had rave reviews, so I called and made an appointment for Tues., Feb. 15th at 4 pm. I left work early so I could be there on time. By 4:30 no one had showed up, so I called. Wilfredo told me he "forgot". He had not checked his schedule. He was very apologetic. I wasn't happy, but decided to give him another chance; so we made an appointment for the following day, the 16th, at 4 pm. He assured me he would not forget again. So again, I left work early to be there. He did not come and did not call. Apparently he has done good work for other people, but my feeling is that he is extremely unprofessional, and I would never recommend him to anyone!

Description of Work: Based on Subsequent Experiences, I cannot in good conscience any longer recommend him.. UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Here's the original review back when I first used him. Since then, he has flaked on projects TWICE. Installed ceiling fan in kitchen, ceiling fan in bedroom, and vent fan/light in the bathroom. Excellent work and pleasant professionalism. The installs were not cookie-cutter, but with their two guys working on it together, they got it done. Quite the improvements in my house. Would definitely use again, and will, probably within a month for a couple other projects.
