Description of Work: Classic Furniture refinished a secretary given to my Mom in 1936. It was stripped to the natural wood, stained and given a top coat. It is beautiful!

Description of Work: They did a great job. They refinished a dining room table for us that looks great now. I dealt with them entirely through e-mail and they always showed up on time and returned the item within the timeframe and price they quoted. The only issue I had was that they made the assumption that we wanted it in a matte finish. We should've communicated better as we wanted gloss. However, they came and took the table back, finished in with gloss and returned it - no questions asked. Pretty good customer service, right?

Description of Work: I had an old wood dining table refinished and also a matching chair re-woven. They did a great job! And even picked up and delivered the table back to me.

Description of Work: Parker Upholstery-Nice Gentleman |The company only does upholstery, and I needed my antique floor lamp repaired. |I spoke initially with the customer service rep and many times with the conversation |That it was a lamp repair. So I get four referrals that repair or upholstery businesses. |Actually feel this was poor service and I'd like a refund, since I found a company that will be able to repair my lamp by using Google for free! |Not satisfied at all with Angie's List.

Description of Work: Work has not started, just dropped off item last Friday. Going to refinish small barrel table when owner returns from vacation on 7/8/15. Check back with us in a month.

Description of Work: I had a broken side rail on our bed frame. After bringing it to them, they fixed the break and strengthened it by adding more screws to support the small inner ledge. The price was very fair, the service polite and prompt. I would use them again for any wood furniture repairs.

Description of Work: Jack was very responsive and was able to provide the service quickly and professionally. From start to finish it took 3 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent and my chairs look brand new.

Description of Work: An antique rocking chair, coming apart & had to be recaned. They had to glue it all together. (In the old days, furniture was glued). Then it was stripped & stained. And the entire seat & back were recaned. It is GORGEOUS! They are so great. Will come & pick up furniture & drop it off! I loved them & their service!
