Description of Work: They install a Mitsubishi room air conditioner. I is fantastic, just what we need for this area. The job was done quickly and professionally. Since the install we had a fire in our backyard and needed them to come clean the unit and replace the melted condensation line. This maintenance service was also great. If I ever want another room unit I will be called Air Tech.

Description of Work: Semi-annual Preventative Maintenance of AC/Heating and replacement/installation of attic fan. I opted for the Yearly Maintenance contract which includes two P/M visits a year and the $100 covers the 6-month P/M labor and a discount on parts if necessary. I also paid $395 for a new attic fan. After installation, I had questions and doubts about the fan, and Ron, the Manager, explained all the details to me including positives and negatives of fan. They also sent another service person to my home to readjust the thermastat on the new fan because I requested a different perspective which sometimes can be obtained when a different service person reviews------will complete later. Description of Work: guillerimo arrived on Friday, April 19th to inspect our attic fan. We had been smelling hot wiring. He determined the fan needed to be replaced and returned the next day with a new one. He was very nice and knowledgeable and the fan is working fine. We are very lucky we didn't have a fire. We also received a free cleaning of our air conditioner with a coupon from Angie's list. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: After a couple of false starts, Air Tech did step up and do a professional job of fixing our heat pump. The blower motor had to be replaced, and they went out of their way to find the right motor. They also cleaned up the blower fan and made sure everything is operating smoothly. It now works well and is much quieter than it was before. Their initial estimate was a little high, but they agreed to set the price based on the parts cost and labor hours. This worked out well. They did not charge for the extra time they spent trying to track down the right replacement motor or for a second trip out to install it. Their service tech, Giermo, was quite conscientious and professional. Because of his work and their follow-up, I would use them again, and I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Cleaned all furnace and AC ducts (10), returns (2) and plenum's at furnace.

Description of Work: They installed a complete heating and air system in our 1,600 square foot home. They took out the old floor furnace and installed ducts as well.
