As usual, G& G did an excellent job (this was my second time to engage their services, and I don't remember the exact date they came this time). The team arrived on time and carefully considered the best way to set up their equipment. My two chairs were covered with cat hair, and the team did a particularly thorough job vacuuming the chairs prior to cleaning. The team also moved many pieces of furniture and raised items they could not move so that every inch of the carpet was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned--I really appreciate this extra step, which other cleaning companies have not provided. I really love how clean my house feels after G&G visits, and I hope to be calling on them again in about 12 more months

G & G Carpet Cleaning Company worked very efficiently, yet methodically to assure that they cleaned all areas thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful the carpets turned out, even though it had been quite awhile since having had them cleaned.

The team scheduled the appointment quickly, called 20 minutes before coming, as I requested, and did a good job. They were very nice and professional. Although the entry way looked fabulous after cleaning, some spots came back a little bit. I asked for them to come and take a look and they did and cleaned the spots again. No additional charge. They even called back to make sure things were OK. The price was not the cheapest, but I wanted someone to do a good job and take care of any issues I might have after the work was done. They exceeded my expectations.

Responded by phone quickly, showed up right on time. did a great job, honored the Angies List $50 coupon, couldn't have been better. More expensive than I thought before I called, but now that I see how much cleaner the whole RV is, worth the money.

They do a really good job, he is very professional, the carpet looked really good and they got the bubble out. It is still flat and he shows up on time. We had some stains that I did not think would come out and he was able to get them out. They are not the cheapest. I do get my money's worth.

The two workers arrived at the agreed time. They were very quick and efficient. They also wore booties to keep floor clean which I really appreciated. They pointed out a stain they were unable to take out but it was less noticeable than before. I was very happy with their work. The couch looks brand new. Jim, the owner, is very likeable over the phone. He is courteous and friendly which also makes it easy to trust him. I also liked that he was easily reachable by phone -- which made me feel confident that if I ran into any problems I could get in touch w him immediately and work things out.

He was so rude and I would never use him again.

I highly recommend G & G for carpet repair, stretching and cleaning service. Jim, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable about carpet stretching repair. He was able to stretch my carpet which had buckled up because the previous installer did not properly installed the carpet and the carpet did not have enough tension. My carpet was less than 5 years old. Jim has done a very good job in fixing most of the buckle and he has the proper equipment to do the job His staff are also very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and was very efficient. They were very careful in moving my furniture for the stretching and cleaning. Overall I had an excellent experience with G & G and would definitely use their cleaning service again.

The two gentlemen made sure that we were satisfied at the end of their job and gave us specific instructions for how long we should wait before use, just overnight. We were pleased.

Outstanding customer service and follow-up. Not the cheapest, but great service and a quality outcome which were well worth it. Would not hesitate to use them for other services.

They did a great job and we were very pleased. We had unexpected houseguests coming into town, and so had called G and G on very short notice. They were sympathetic and willing to work with us to get the carpets clean and dry in time for our guests' arrival. I was really grateful for that, because I know most companies would not accommodate such a short-notice request. They came on time, were friendly, polite and professional. They were kind and careful with our pets and our furnishings. The house looked and smelled so fresh and clean when they were finished! We will definitely use them again.

Outstanding! Removed serious stains like they were not there!

G&G did a fantastic job of cleaning our sofa which had been soiled by our cats. I had not been able to remove the odor and there is now no trace of the scent. They were not able to clean our shower tiles as was planned because there was mold inside the grouting and they did not have the equipment with them to preform the repair. They offered to return with the correct equipment, but we decided not to go ahead since we will be replacing the shower in the near future. They did go ahead and clean our bathroom floor tile and did a good job. Pricing was a little confusing because of the fact they were not able to complete the shower cleaning. There was an optional spray available to protect our sofa which I decided to purchase. I was not aware of this until they came to perform the service. So I ended up being a little confused about the price breakdown for various items. The men who performed the work were extremely professional and courteous. All in all, I would use G&G again for similar jobs.

I have used G&G to clean our carpets for many years. They are very professional and always do an excellent job. In the past I also gave them a small oriental carpet to clean at their facility and that was returned in excellent condition.

Cleaning was performed in a timely manner and the employees were courteous and professional. The cost was higher than I would have preferred to pay, but I would call upon this vendor again.

Jim came and performed the work himself. My chairs and ottoman now look fantastic, returned almost to their original state. Although they are not old they are light colored and needed some attention. I wanted them to remain in good condition being my "retirement" present to myself. Jim is professional, competent and gets right to work. Having not had this kind of service recently I was a little surprised by the cost but wanted the job done right and that is what I got!

Their price seemed a little high but they were just so good that it was worth it. They were there on time and took care of everything. They got rid of stains. It wasn't that reasonable but it was worth it. They were terrific. My experience with them was very positive. Other people should know how efficient they were and how they took care of the issue. There were some stains that they removed that I wasn't sure they would be able to tackle.
