I was impressed from the start when I called to inquire about their services. The person I spoke with was very cheerful, informative and professional. George arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He vacuumed before he cleaned, moved furniture and replaced it after cleaning the area using Styrofoam blocks to allow for air circulation, tucked in the bed skirt in the master bedroom and took care to protect draperies near the floor (things that other carpet cleaning companies I've used have not done). Our carpets look like new again!

The crew, including Jim the owner and his helper George, arrived on schedule and got to work immediately. They were very pleasant and professional. The carpets, especially the soiled area between garage and kitchen, have never been so clean. We were very pleased and would certainly recommend G & G to anyone.

I was pleased with this service. The stain did come out of the rug. It was a red stain. I was impressed and thought they did a great job. I will be using them again in the future. The person was very nice and I felt comfortable interacting with him.

This company does a great job. They've cleaned my carpets twice and both times they came out great. They showed up on time and moved the furniture so they could get under the couch/chairs and bed. They were on time and came out when promised. They aren't the cheapest around, but I've found you get what you pay for.

Would defiantly use them again! Both workers were very particular and lifted and cleaned behind couches and heavy sideboards which I did not expect. It's true; you pay for what you get, and I was more than pleased with the end result!!!
