Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets, living/dining area, stair steps and hallways plus a bedroom and area rug . They were careful to protect household items that may get wet by using tarps. The job was accomplished efficiently in the time promised.

Description of Work: Jim first cleaned our home rugs and upholstered furniture in June and did a great job. Had no idea how dirty my living room rug was until it came back. In late July he cleaned three of our office rugs - same experience. I do some physical therapy exercises on my rugs and I really enjoy working on clean carpet. He came on time, delivered on time and the work is excellent.

Description of Work: I had badly stained orientals that my dog made a toilet out of for a few years. We tried store bought cleaners and aversion chemiclals but to no avail. While the rugs were badly stained G & G processed the rugs multiple times to try and get the stains out . They did more than I expected and the rugs are odor free and look the best they have in years. They stood by thier discount even though they put in extra effort.

Description of Work: I have used Jim at G&G Carpets ever since we moved into our house 11 years ago. My neighbors on either side of me have both used him for many years, and recommended him very highly, and since he first cleaned our carpets, I have, as well. Our carpets are white wool berber, so only someone who knows how to handle them can clean them without ruining them. If hot water is used, the wool will felt up like a sweater thrown in the dryer - a disaster. We returned from a long holiday trip to find that our Christmas tree stand had slowly leaked onto our white wool carpet, which we only found after taking the tree down. There was dark mildew starting to grow in the damp carpet. I called Jim, and he came over the next morning. He carefully cleaned the spots and used a special spot remover which gradually faded the spots over the next few days. You cannot see anything now but beautiful clean carpet. He worked a miracle as far as I am concerned. When I asked how much he was going to charge me, he told me that as I was a regular customer, he would not charge me at all. I cannot recommend G&G Carpet highly enough and would not use any one else in my home.
