Description of Work: We had our two story home tented for termites. They subcontract tenting work. The responsiveness of the company in answering questions was excellent. The people who did the work took care to not damage our metal roof and were up front about what plant damage could |be expected for plants that were too big to be cut back. There was quite a bit of leaf drop but |everything is coming back. The crew was pleasant and the place was in good shape when we returned. The cost is much more reasonable than the big extermination companies.

Description of Work: Two visits 8/2013 and 10/2013. Drywood treatment: drill and inject to kill.|1st: Inside - along large panel window frame 15' up at ceiling.|2nd: Outside - very challenging work leaning over from flat roof to drill& inject Also, painted and replaced many damaged siding boards. This job was done over an all-glass sunroom, 9' below! |(Note: NO orange oil used on this job.)

Description of Work: A gentleman called (Greg ?) came in on time and did a quite detailed inspection for the property and also gave me quite some input in a plain language. His results basically matched the termite inspection reports from other two professional inspection companies. The written reports came in two days later as promised, however, it didn't impact my schedule. The job was subcontracted to another local company called D F , which was a little surprise to me. D F did a decent job on the site. My only little concern was that the property was gassed for less than 24 hours. I don't know how long exactly, I went there twice within 24 hours window, first time, they were setting up the tent, second time, everything was already gone. Probably it was long enough since this was their job and they were supposed to know how many hours were enough. As the results of fumigation, I will not know until a couple year later. Since 3 year warranty is provided, I am not worried about right now.

Description of Work: A very thorough inspection was done on our residence. Franz found a big problem with wood rot from improper flashing on the upstairs deck on a huge glue-lam beam holding up part of the second story. With the help of Mike and their great team, we were able to have a 1/2 inch metal support fabricated and installed which took care of this very tricky problem, and certainly a more costly problem down the road if left undetected. Amazing experience. Probably the best company and work crew I have ever had to work with on a home project.
