Description of Work: Came out and showed me blinds and measured for them. This last time I had three done. I had five done about 7 years ago. The installer was amazing. Knew what he was doing. In and out. Was nice and respectful of the home.

Description of Work: Blinds, remote control blinds, okay, except they showed up several times without ladder for 20 ft high remote control blinds . Battery to one remote blind, dead after 7 months. Other 2 are okay. All batteries put in at same time. Called service, as still less than a year since purchase. Need extension ladder to reach battery in blinds. Apt. Set up to replace batteries. I must purchase 8 aa lithium batteries

Description of Work: The sales woman became annoyed because she felt I was taking too long to decide but, did make a good decision. I asked the sales woman if the shades will fit flush to the wonder and not gap. She said they would & I paid her with a CC. Once the shades were installed, they all came away from the window on the sides. I called the office, they did nothing not even sent someone out to investigate what I was telling them. I just gave up. Months later they billed me for the job again. I let them know on the invoice, the amount had been charged to my CC and it was paid. I never heard from them again. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I no longer have the paper work to give you a date.

Description of Work: They installed blinds throughout the house (10 windows). The representative helped me select a good color. On the first install there was a back window that I chose not get blinds for. Later I bought cheap ones from Home Depot for that window. I had to return the Home Depot ones (they had a weird smell and left white dust) - called 3 Day Blinds to match the rest of house. No problems with the 3 Day Blinds, in a house with multiple children.
