Description of Work: I ordered 5 window treatments. A part was not provided the installer so he could not install the treatment for that window. He said he would be able to come back the following week to finish the job. It has now been several months and the job is still not finished.

Description of Work: They were booked up with appointments but called back with an opening. Selected our blinds and colors, Angela Helton was the design consultant. She arrived on time, was dressed professionally, and was nice. Measured the windows and we received our blinds in 3 days. The installer called if he could come early which I said yes and did a wonderful job of installation. Did not leave any mess. The blinds look great. Thank you.

Description of Work: 3 day blinds has done poorly. The blinds were mismeasured and had to be done again. The installers had to come out three times. One of the wands on the venetian blinds doesn't turn easily and when the installer came to fix it, he couldn't. He said he'd get back to us and didn't. I'm going to stop payment on my credit card until it is fixed. Each time someone comes out it is a different person. The only reason I didn't give them an F is because we are happy with the shade in the bathroom.

Description of Work: Very polite. Sent wrong repair parts twice, knowing that to comply with California law and to make use of repair parts I would need to cut chain loops on my vertical blinds. Parts sent were for smaller diameter chain; I had specifically asked (at instruction of technician who came out to fix another problem) for parts for larger diameter chain. After I had cut chain loops, and found parts did not fit, I was told that I had violated the warrantee by cutting the chains. This seems like a form of entrapment, and garners very negative customer feelings over parts that couldn't cost more than a couple of dollars.
