Description of Work: Solar shades for living room and dining room. And black out shade for bedroom. Very happy with fast appointment. Sales person brought all of samples necessary. Blinds were made in 3 days and installed day or two later. Installers were very busy.

+ -1 moreTHE STOREFRONT WAS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS WHEN SELECTING PRODUCT. THEY DID AN AVERAGE JOB INSTALLING THE BLINDS. THERE WERE MISTAKES ON THE SIZES FROM THE FACTORY, BUT THEY DISCOUNTED THE PRICE. THE FACTORY WOULD NOT SEND A NEW ONE UNTIL THE OLD ONE WAS RETURNED.

UPON CALLING 3 DAY BLINDS, KRISTEN OFFERED FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. SHE MADE SURE THE ORDER WAS ACCURATE, FAXED US THE ACTUAL ORDER FOR VERIFICATION AND SIGNING. THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED VERY QUICKLY. UPON RECEIPT, WE CALLED THE OFFICE FOR INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE, AND RECEIVED COURTEOUS AND EASILY UNDERSTOOD INSTRUCTIONS.
