3 Day Blinds Palm Desert

MY HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY FITTED WITH 3 DAY BLINDS PRODUCTS BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. I NEEDED TO REPLACE ABOUT 50 OF THE SLATS AND WENT TO THIS STORE TO FIND THE RIGHT ONES. THE MANAGER HELPED ME AND MISTAKENLY ORDERED THE WRONG STYLE BLIND. I SIGNED OFF ON IT, BUT SHE GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTED THE RETURN AND GOT ME THE RIGHT ONES BECAUSE IT WAS HER MISTAKE (AND I DIDN'T CATCH IT). SHE HANDLED IT REALLY WELL, SHE COULD HAVE MADE ME JUST BUY NEW ONES AGAIN WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN AWFUL. I WAS IMPRESSED BY HER STAND UP BEHAVIOR. I WOULD GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE OF IT.

Easy shopping experience, especially since I HATE picking out window treatments. Our Salesperson had a nice selection of fabric available, and did a nice job recommending shades that complemented our existing decor. My husband is a handy guy, and installed the blinds with minimal swearing during the process (this is a good thing!). If you dread the thought of installing them yourself, shell out the extra $60 and they'll send someone. Or, drop hints to all of your friends that you have new blinds coming, and ask to borrow their tools/expertise/actual hands to help get the job done. I could have gotten similar blinds at a better price by shopping around online or in a hardware store. However, having the in-home advice and measurement was what made me decide to use three day blinds. As some other reviews mention, though, if you want your blinds in three days, be prepared to pay extra for express service.

3 Day Blinds were very prompt in returning my phone call and set an appointment to do the work. They were very professional and courteous. I even found them to be thoughtful and concerned with my needs on this job. I did not shop around as they were having a sale and I liked the prices and the product. I was very happy with the results of the job. They left me no cleanup to do when they left.

They did a satisfactory job on the installation of our blinds. They didn't do anything to blow us away, yet we haven't had any serious complaints either. It was just kind of an average job. The blinds are level, straight, and fit the windows well. They finished quickly and didn't leave any messes.

I don't know why they are called '3-Day Blinds'. The whole process took at least a month. First someone came to measure the door & window, we looked at samples, went over how we wanted the blinds to open for the living room (at end instead of center). I must note that the girl who helped us was very pleasant. When the blinds finally arrived, the blinds opened in the center! We had to have them sent back again. With our bedroom blinds, the cord broke after three months of use, we didn't pull the blinds up a lot either - on average twice a week. So now we don't bother pulling the cord to open the blinds completely, we just use the other feature so that the blinds can open or shut. I would not recommend 3-Day Blinds. Their company name is misleading & you could probably get a better deal elsewhere.

It took about three times longer than expected. I was encouraged to use their contractor to ensure that measurements were correct and installation was professional so that I had recourse in case they didn't fit. It took forever! When I called to complain about the time frame, I was told that the contractor was busy. If that is the case, perhaps they should hire an additional contractor. It took almost a month from order to installation.

I had windows measured through the La Mesa store, but found the Eastlake store which is considerably closer to my home. When I visited the store for an estimate I talked to someone who said they did not have samples I could take home. I called the next day and talked to the storeroom manager, Aneita Garlow, who sent me samples immediately. We did the whole transaction via phone and fax. The best part was that I ordered them on Fri. afternoon, they arrived Tues. at 1 p.m. and the installer was here by 1:30. Not only was the price right but the service was exceptional. Anieta was very helpful, and I highly recommend only consulting with her.

SHUTTERS WERE NOT THE HIGHEST PRIORITY ON MY LIST, BUT MY WIFE GETS WHAT SHE WANTS. I HIRED THEM AFTER CHECKING AROUND, AND THEY DID ALRIGHT AS FAR AS WE WERE CONCERNED. THE MONEY'S ALWAYS TOO MUCH.

I had read mixed reviews on this company before placing my order. I was in no hurry, so I disregarded the warnings that 3-day blinds took 3 weeks or more to receive. Prior customers seemed to be happy with the quality of work and that's what I was looking for. Imagine my surprise when the blinds were delivered and installed in only 3 business days! I loved the quality, the service and will definitely go back there for my next blinds. Note: I was worried about ordering on line and installing them myself, but if you're short on cash, the installation took less than 10 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to try it myself next time.

Poor. The sales/Design consultant that came to the house made a good first impression. However, she dropped the ball on follow-up. She was supposed to drop off another sample later that day and said she would also get back to use with a quote. We never heard from her for several days, and then only after several phone calls to her and 3 day blinds. After we got the quote, we noticed that there was a problem with the specifications on the quote. We called again, but did not receive a response. We ended up going to San Jose Blinds. They were helpful, prompt and delivered as promised at a slightly lower price than 3 day blinds. Additionally, 3 day blinds quoted us a delivery time of 3 weeks. Apparently, 3 days is only on basic blinds in certain colors. Similar to what you can find at Home Depot. I would not call 3 Day again.

3 Day Blinds were very knowledgeable and patient in the process of choosing what I wanted for blinds. There were so many styles to choose from and once I made a decision they scheduled me right away and got the job done quickly. It was a very good experience for me and I was very happy with their work.

3 Day Blinds did a good job on my windows, and were very efficient. They came right out and measured my windows and showed me all the products to choose from. After I chose what I wanted, they scheduled an appointment the next week to install the blinds. They cleaned up well after themselves and I had no problems along the way. I was very happy with these guys.

This company had the best prices of anybody and we were happy with the job they did. There was only one blind that was botched up, but it isn t that bad. The blinds fit good and they look good.

I saw a TV spot that said these guys model your room with the new window treatments on a PC at your house. Well, I saw this spot after they came because they didn't do that at MY house. In fact, the seller had to go back to his vehicle several times to bring in more samples every time I asked any questions which required samples. Just bring it all in and give me choices! That said, the install went great. There was an issue on timing. I set up the install with plenty of time in advance, but when the date came they "mixed up" my install with somebody else's. Then on the weekend I got ANOTHER confused call with the wrong date. Another weird thing: The blinds are delivered to your house where they wait for the installers. I would have MUCH preferred having the installer come WITH the blinds -and take away the boxes. But again, ultimately they came, they installed, the quality of the job was great. And I'm pleased with the treatments!

The gentlemen who measured the window was very polite as were the salespeople in the store. We used this company previously for treatments for our living room and dining room, and the service and product were great which is why we returned to them this time. While we had the measurement done, the company then ordered the wood blind, but we did not have them do the actual installation of the blind because they have a minimum installation cost. The cost is high for only having one blind installed. We used a handyman to install it for a fraction of their installation cost.

I would definitely not recommend 3-Day Blinds. The first order of blinds came with scratched headers and one blind was severely scratched. The installer was messy and left sawdust, extra hardware and packaging all over. He almost refused to install one blind because it was not an easy location to reach. After returning the one blind and four headers, we finally got the replacement blind. The installer installed that but we never have received the headers despite phone calls and months of waiting.

THEY DID A NICE JOB, IT WAS A FAST TURN AROUND, AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.

I love them! At first I thought the the price was a little pr-icy but after I saw the work, I realized why. They are beautiful! I would recommend 3-day blinds to all my friends.

It was a real good job. They came out and measured and ordered the blinds and brought them back. The blinds look really nice and they're exactly what I wanted and they fit perfect. I would highly recommend them.

THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE & EASY. I FEEL LIKE ONCE I GOT SOLD ON THEIR PRICES, I WAS NOT PUT INTO A DUMPING GROUND. THEY OFFER A GREAT PRODUCT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE PEOPLE MADE IT SO GREAT. THEY WERE HELPFUL & KNOW AS MUCH AS ANYONE ELSE.

We stopped in at 3-Day Blinds, and they followed up readily with an estimate and blind restringing. The woman was able to explain the specific details to restringing the blinds and re-hanging them. The service was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set, and the blind lady was on time. She picked up the blinds and took them to the shop and restrung them and brought them back and hung them. She did an excellent job and left her card.

IT WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL. ONCE I GAVE THEM MY CONCERNS AND WHAT I WANTED TO DO, THEY RESPONDED TO MY WISHES AND PROVIDED ME WITH MY ITEMS TO MY SPECIFICATIONS.

The staff was friendly enough, but not as professional as I would have liked. I felt like I was shopping in a low end store, but didn't want to feel like it was a low end store.

Good experience. They were very professional & on time. The installer put the blinds up quickly. He also returned to fix one blind that had a problem. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
