3 Day Blinds Palm Desert

Description of Work: We called the 800 number for Three Day Blinds in order to replace the blinds we purchased from them 13 years ago. Ray, the person who helped us throughout our order over the phone, connected us with a local representative who would be responsible for presenting product choices and for taking measurements and our order. Although Ray was consistently professional and helpful, the local designer/representative was impatient and proved difficult to contact. When the blinds were delivered, we were happy with most of them, but one set was incorrectly sized. When we tried to get correct replacements, the rep wouldn't return calls, but Ray helped us with the new order. We weren't able to install the last set right away, and were surprised to find that this set was not the same quality as the others. As it was some months past the return date, we did not contact Three Day Blinds any further. | |I regret that I did not do more comparison shopping. | |I want to be clear that the phone support was excellent. I wish the in-home designer was as professional.

Description of Work: Met with consultant re installing shutters. Was told that shutters could not be installed on the sliding glass door. Went with another company that could do the job I wanted at a lower price.

Description of Work: Their agents who come to the home are very knowledgeable and professional. They have a very good selection. I've used them several times for different rooms. They do good work and fast installation, but never in 3 days.

Description of Work: Went to store - then they came out to measure 2 large bay wundows for shades.Theey took credit infromation and odered blinds. After 2 weeks we called and left message that we wanted to know the status of our order. no call backs and after another week we went to the store and talked to them. This process was repeated twice - left messages - no call backs - went to store. After many weeks of no resolution and no call backs we cancelled the order and bought similar shades at Home Depot. I think the order amount was about $1200

Description of Work: A representative scheduled an appointment and guided me through the different fabrics and shades. I was very happy with the fast delivery (except 2 blinds, the delivery was done within 3 day of ordering). Installation was quick. Now time will tell me if the products are good quality and durable. So far! Blackouts are doing a perfect job in my kids bedrooms!!

Description of Work: The cords on some of my Roman shades were broken. New cords were installed.

Description of Work: They repaired a blind that was still under warranty. The adjuster control rod broke and they replaced it. We got the blind from them originally. It was fine. They were very good. They are very pleasant. Their maintenance guys were efficient, sweet and nice.
