took 10 minutes to do. went smoothly from start to finish. He know's his doors!

When I contact this company and explain to them what I needed and were the work was to be done. I was informed that they can go out to my area and we set up an appointment. So I make a special trip out to my home in the desert to met with the employee for the free estimate, when he did not show up for schedule appointment called the office and was informed that he was out in the field and was given his cell number, called that number several times and left messages he never responded to my calls nor did he ever show up to my home. I feel that they should have had the courtesy to call and let me know that they were not coming.

Late Sunday afternoon: 3 pm Burglar alarm goes off3:15 Alarm monitor calls to tell us that they've sent someone to the house.3:45 Call from Alarm Company rep that nothing has been stolen but the 8'x4' sliding glass door has been removed from its tracks and they'll try to get it secure.4:15 They an't secure it, but offer to wait if we can get someone to the house quickly to fix the door.4:20 Call Slide Rite, explain the problem, say they are going right over5:00 Get a call from the Alarm Company rep that Slide Rite has already come to the house, fixed the massive door and secured it - and that they've done a great job. Turns out the Alarm Company is very familiar with and likes Slide Rite for repair!5:10 Owner of Slide Rite, Kyle Biss, calls to tell me exactly what was required, that the door is secured, and suggests some additional inexpensive security measures for us to consider.5:15 I LOVE THIS GUY!! Really had a good, honest feel to him. Loved how familiar he was with these antiquated sliders from a company that has been out of business I DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG. Monday: Planning to call Kyle to get an estimate for replacing some sliders!

Sliderite (Kyle?) got back to me quickly, showed up on time and was clean and friendly. Would use him again!

He arrived on time and did the job immediately. He was young and extremely professional, very courteous. It took about an hour to do the job.

Everything went smoothly. We sent Kyle a key to the house and a deposit, he ordered the windows and he and his crew were out in a few weeks when the windows arrrived from the manufacturer to replace the old ones. They removed the aluminum frames and did a very nice job of exterior patch work on the stucco.

I saw an ad for Slide Rite in the Palm Springs Craigslist. Their website looked nice, so I gave them a call. I talked to the owner, a guy named Kyle. He came by my house later that morning and gave me his estimate. I agreed to the price. He came back an hour later with my new screens and parts for the door. It took him about 45 minutes to install the parts and screens. I wrote a check for $350.00 to Slide Rite, in return I got three window screens re-screened and my sliding doors open and close with ease.
