The best service I have received, could not have gone better!

I called a different company 1st and their estimate was close to $2,000 and I didn't have confidence that they either diagnosed the problem correctly or were being honest with me. So I called Absolute Air and spoke to Brian, the owner. He was business like and professional so I scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and determined the problem was something totally different than the first company and gave me an estimate of under $350. He had to order a part so he came up with a way to temporarily deal with the leak so we could keep the A/C on since it was summer and over 100 degrees. He called to let me know the part was in as he had promised then came out that day, did the repairs and suggested he do an extra cleaning while he had the unit taken apart which I agreed to since I now trusted him. Overall I was very pleased and impressed with his work. I would definitely hire him again. It is so refreshing to find people who do business like Brian with Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating.

The young man was super, absolutely wonderful. He was more then on time, he kept me in the loop and let me know when he would finish the job. He offered some great suggestions.

They were personable. They came in, did their job themselves, installed the units. A guy also worked along with him. I would give him "A" across the board for all.

When our air conditioning unit would not operate it happened on the hotest and most humid days in my town of Rancho Mirage. Thanks to Angie's list we found Brian at Absolute Air. He and a co-worker went out their way to fix the problem. They even dug and cleared folliage that had accumulated around the A/C unit. I've never seen anyone sweat as they have and I've never heard a complaint from their lips throughout their workout. On the contrary their demeanor was friendly and pleasant. It was a blessing to have found this service and I will recomended it to any of my friends. As a bonus their price was incredibly fare for the work they performed. Thank you Brian and thank you Angie's list!

Brian was very prompt, very professional, very skilled. I feel confident that he has improved the quality of the existing air conditioner.

Started by getting the customary 3 bids. Asked all three a lot of questions. Absolute was the only one of the three whos price and explanation of the work required and best option did not change from start to finish. As I did my research it turns out the others came to the conclusion as the gentleman from Absolute. Their prices were the same or higher, but their knowledge and ability to clearly communicate to me my options and the scope of work did not give me the confidence I felt with Absolute. I consulted with my tenant who met all three bidders and he arrived at the same conclusion that Absolute gave the most confidence. I made my decision and then came the "walk the walk" time....the experience was equally gratifying. He came on the day he promised, he finished the job within the time he estimated and he communicated with me throughout the process.

I was directed to Brian via Service Magic, because my regular Heating & AC company does not handle swamp coolers. He was very knowledgeable about the swamp cooler model that I had and identified several problems. Even though his parts supply house was already closed, he went to Home Depot and found the parts that he needed. He stayed past sundown to complete the job so that I would have it working the same day. Brian was prompt and professional, I would highly recommend him for anything related to Swamp Coolers.
