We have been using Absolute Air for many years to do regular maintenance on our systems. Brian and the team (in the office and in the field) are very professional and easy to work with. So, when we needed to replace our A/C unit that was ancient, we reached out. They helped us select the right unit, which was then installed and set up expertly. The entire process was smooth. Absolute handled our large project with care and the new unit is GREAT!

Brian and his team showed up on time and completed the job in 1/2 a day. We had a leak in the coil and decided to replace the whole system. We have Brian service our 2 furnaces and air conditioners annually. They do a great job with a reasonable price.

Fantastic! I made an appointment with Brian for the following week. He called when he was on his way and arrived exactly when expected. He quickly figured out what was wrong and gave me an estimate. After I gave the approval to proceed he ordered the part and gave me an expected delivery and installation. He came back the next week and installed the new fan. He did everything exactly as expected. I really appreciated his focus on telling me what to expect and and when and he kept his commitments. I am very satisfied with his work and price. I now know why he has so many excellent reviews. He has earned them and I'm happy to add to the list.

Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!

Our HVAC system has been working beautifully since Brian's repair over a month ago. We submitted a copy of his service order to our Home Warranty Company, and as aa result were reimbursed for the full amount of his $730.00 service fee. We HIGHLY recommend Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating.

Brian and company showed up on time and after giving me a quick lesson in What The Heck is a Swamp Cooler (I'm a new transplant to PS), they immediately got to work. They worked safely and quickly, were friendly, professional and I would not hesitate a SECOND to call them again. UPDATE: When water started pouring from my roof, I called my new Home Warranty company. They sent someone out who said that the pads were a mess and should have been replaced ages ago. Really? Why didn't they get checked for that $99 Big Deal?

Everything went wonderful. I have a 2 unit dual zone air conditioning system for the house and a commercial grade swamp cooler for an RV garage. All units are located on the roof. Fan motor and capacitor went out on one of the units and needed replacement. I asked Brian to do a service/check of the other units while he was there. The other units were OK but it turns out the swamp cooler filter pads were incorrectly installed by the original installer and the unit was only functioning at 50%. Brian and his crew fixed everything. The service cost included servicing all three units, replacing the fan motor and capacitor, replacing the damaged and expensive cooler filter pads, and 3 boxes of intake filters for the house, one for each size. I have used other air conditioning companies before and have noticed their tendency to up-sell or sell you things you don't need. Brian is very honest and does not do that. Brian and his crew arrived on time, were professional and friendly and worked hard. I will only use Absolute Air Conditioning in the future!

We were able to make an appointment within 3 working days (we were in no hurry as it was not an urgent issue). We were called the morning of the visit as his first call was running long and he wanted us to know that he would be a little late - greatly appreciated. He was efficient and professional. He cleaned up the work area before leaving and explained everything that we did. He provided us with a selection of thermostats and explained the differences among them. We were very happy with service and will use them for our HVAC needs in the future.

Brian is very professional and goes the extra mile checking that every function of the furnace is working properly. He returned my call and the appointment was made at my convenience and he arrived on time. I will have him return to do my summer air cond. service.

GREAT. We'd had another company out in Sept. to fix the a/c and they told us we needed a new one. I didn't believe it, so I called Absolute to check it out. Within 15 min. of being there, service man informed me that when a new Honeywell Smart Thermostat was installed by the other company in the spring of 2014, they neglected to wire for the two stages of cooling for our two stage system. He quickly fixed that, then, following my directions, turned on the water to the swamp coolers, turned them on, and inspected them to make sure they were working properly--no leaks, actually cooling the house, etc.. Everything works great now.
