SNS Construction was established in 2018. Prior to that, I worked for two contractors during the previous five years. Born and raised in California, my family moved to Nevada County in 1999. I went to Deer Creek, 7 Hills and graduated with a Bachelors at Sonoma State in Accounting. I also hold a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. My family is filled with contractors in a variety of industries. As a former collegiate athlete, staying active with my profession was the only option. I have a passion for construction. Our satisfied customers come from Grass Valley, Penn Valley, Auburn, Smartsville, Colfax, Yuba City, Browns Valley, and Weimar, California. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

"1st. Estimate, down payment, response time, accuracy of as is plans. EVERYTHING OFF. Spent $10,000 for useless plans. Only thing I received was as is and proposal and useless elevations. For 10k that's pretty insane. Took about 3 months to receive as is built plans. I'm still getting charged 2k for whatever work they supposedly done. Work that was done after I cut ties with the firm. Save your time and money. This firm has several drafters that get cost up. I had an easy design and things were complicated since day in. There initial "prelim" scan software is garbage. Several things were not caught on the scan meaning drafters had to correct. Meaning time is invested then charged to you as the customer. Turn around time for modifications is pretty bad. Save your time and money and go else where. Been in business for about twenty + years and I've never had a bad experience with a "professional.""
