Romero was great. Honest and had the part for my well on the truck. Great job!

I was very impressed they responded on a holiday and spent the time on the phone with me to go over the issue we were having with our well pump. Luckily our well is only used for outside watering so this was not an emergency situation. As soon as I told them we wanted to hire them, they ordered the parts and came out as soon as the parts were in to fix the issues we were having. Since this was a repair for my 80 plus year old parents, I always worry about service they will get and to make sure they are not taken advantage of. They were very nice, informative and professional. I would hire them again if the situation came up.

Very quick and professional! I waited for other company to fix my well for four months, donâ t want to wait any longer, so I found Quality pump service, within four days everything was done! Very happy about their service highly recommend!

The pressure pump on our well system failed on July 4th. We have a irrigation system for our extensive home vegetable garden and dreaded the prospect of hand watering half an acre of crops. Romero (The owner of Quality Pump Service) returned our phone call over the holiday weekend within a hour. They are a family run business. He was willing to come to our home and install a temporary pump on Sunday as a new pump would not be available for two days (Remember it is the July 4th Holiday weekend). In short, we were completely repaired in two days with a new pump and new pressure tank. We checked on-line retailers to see if Romero had overcharged us for the new components. He was within 5% of the average retail price which would have been our cost if we had fixed the system ourselves. His team was fast, pleasant and professional and given the holiday emergency response very fairly priced. We feel we can highly recommend Quality Pump Services.

I am very disappointed with the lack of responsibility and follow up by Ramiro at Quality Pump. His new pump failed us within 90 days and another expert found it was due to Quality Pump not having installed the pump saver device to shut off pumping whe overheating. Ramiro s reply was to take no blame for it because he said we were in a hurry for getting well water going again and it was working when he left! He claims to have sold us a pump 1-2 years old and no longer warrantied. He refused to even come out and check the installation work. I have found a better company.

This business operates with integrity and honesty which is difficult to find these days. I'd highly recommend them for any commercial or residential plumbing and water-well project or issues.

Be careful and know ahead of time what product and quality is being installed in advance. If you are ok using the cheapest quality pump and getting the lowest price, then they are the ones to hire. They ultimately were not able to get it to work so we had them take it out and hired someone else.

Ramiro and Ruben continuously communicated the time of their arrival and what their service provided. When they arrived they immediately told me how they would be doing everything. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for everything. Truthfully, Henry

Use these folks if you can. I set a meet with Ramiro. He was on time, masked and using good Covid protocol. He checked out an existing well for a pump installation. He did a trial run & was excellent explaining the factors he was considering before recommending I NOT go ahead with the project.
