I was very upset that he did not fix it the first time and even more upset when he did not fix it the second time. His performance was very poor and I would not hire him even for an emergency.

We have had Mr. Rooter has done plumbing working the past for us and we have always been happy with their work. The gentleman arrived on time and quickly installed the valve. The valve passed the inspection the first time around and it appears to be in fine working order.

I thought the service was very expensive. They did do a good job. We no longer are having problems with leaks or stoppage. The workers were here in a timely manner. They were very friendly. With the price that I paid, I better not need them again.

They put a big hole in my yard. I know it was necessary but disheartening anyway. I do have to say that they did do a nice job of putting my lawn back down pretty well. The job was expensive. The line is not leaking anymore.

I did not get much involved with this job, but, I did observe them while they were working. They seemed to be very intelligent and they were very nice to us. There were only two men and they treated us well. I offered them lunch while they were working. They seemed to be working very hard and I felt bad. I am not sure about the pricing of this job at this time. Like I said before, I was not to much involved with this.

Our new sewer line has worked just as it should. There are not any leaks and our line is now up to code. I think it took them about two days to get the whole thing done. They did tear up the yard but that goes along with replacing a sewer line.

THEY CAME IN, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE, AND IT WAS GOOD WORK. I AM ASSUMING THE PRICE WAS FAIR. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT OTHER PEOPLE CHARGE. IT WAS JUST SOMETHING THAT WAS AN EMERGENCY THAT HAD TO BE DONE, AND WE HAVE WORKED WITH THEM BEFORE. IT WAS GOOD WORK. THEY BASICALLY GOT HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN RUG TO CLEAN THEIR FEET OFF. THAT WAS CUTE.

WE SPOKE WITH THEM ON THE PHONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE THERE BETWEEN 10:00 AND 12:00, WHICH THEY DID DO. THEY EXAMINED THE SITUATION AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY DID WHAT WE CALLED THEM FOR.
