Very polite, tried to unclog the drain three times but apparently we have a bigger problem sadly. I will be using this company for this job, we are rescheduling the job and they are willing to apply the money paid for this unsuccessful snake he did which I think is very cool of them.

The man who came to the house (also had another man with him who didn't interact as much, but was also very polite) were very informative and polite. I learned a lot about drains and they did fix the problem. Excellent service!

Employee asked my told my wife she would get a 200.00 disc.if she went to a.t.m and took money out to pay cash. I don't know why but I didn't like that

Had old kitchen faucet replaced. They were on time, and even though the job took longer because of old plumbing, a hard to remove faucet and tight space under the sink, they still just asked for the original agreed upon price. Very courteous people.

Guy, thats his name, showed up on time, very polite and professional. He correctly troubleshot the problem, did a hydrojet treatment, this cleaned out the line which had over 20 years of accumulation of debris.Guy then took a camera and showed me the results of the hydrojet treatment,amazing. I'm a do it yourselfer typically and this was beyond my scope of repair ability. glad I called Drain Masters.

Technician arrived on time and did a great job to replace the thermocouple which fixed the pilot light issue

Had DrainMasters come out to help find a fowl odor within our house. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time and made sure they did the job right. The serviceman found that two of our toilets were not installed properly and that the wax seal was probably not seat right. He installed new wax rings and reset the toilets. We hope this will fix the problem, but they are on speed dial if we smell the odor again.

Drain Masters came out and snaked my kitchen sink. They did a great job and their prices are reasonable.

I've been looking for a good plumber for my rental duplex in Ventura. This was my first call to Drain Masters and I was very pleased with their customer service, consideration to my tenants, and excellent work. I'm actually about to call them again for a separate plumbing issue.

They did complete the job--it took two trips out but was covered by their warranty.
