PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. When two employees came to my house allegedly to clear the main sewer line, I was nervous about signing the contract a second time, so one employee stood in the doorway and blocked my ability to escape while another employee backed me up against a wall while standing an inch from me so I could not move; threatened me that I better sign the contract; and forced me to sign a contract under protest, which I wrote on the contract, even though I was not given the chance to review the contract or the work they claimed to have done that day but did not. Then, when I tried to take what I was told was my copy of the contract from the clipboard it was attached to, the employee, without asking for the contract back, balled up his fists and moved them toward me and I really thought I was going to be hit. The employee then suddenly pulled clipboard with the contract out of my hands so hard that the invoice ripped and I lost my balance and had to step back and to the side to stop myself from falling. It was very terrifying since I was in my own home and the only people around were the two employees who were both much bigger than me. It started when I called them to clean out a main sewer line. While there, the employees said I had roots in my main sewer line and I needed to have the main line hydrojetted. (As it turned out, there were no roots in the main line according to another plumber.) The employees kept trying to tell me that I needed things I actually did not need. For example, they said I needed a new toilet that was already relatively new. They said I needed a new drain pipe that would cost $6,000.00 before I asked a lot of questions, after which they finally said I did not need a new drain pipe. I had signed the contract for a first time when they told me what needed to be done. Though I did pay them, I told them I did not want to sign the written contract a second time due to the things they said to me. That is when they threatened me and corned me against a wall and forced me to sign the contract under protest. As it turned out, they did not clear out the main sewer line. I ended up having to hire another company to come to and actually clear out the main sewer line. When I called the police, they said it was not a criminal matter but a civil matter and I could go to court. Please beware.

Horrible! I had a terrible experience with Drain master. I hired them for two faucets installations, but they left the job incomplete and caused more damage. The plumber insisted on being paid upfront, so I paid over $250 to have two faucets repaired. He promised to come back and finish the job, but he never did. When I tried to follow up, I was ignored, and the manager was incredibly rude and insulted me. Despite my attempts to get the work completed, they refused to return and finish the job, all on the text messages. I was left with damaged plumbing on the two faucets, hired another plumber to repair and finish the job. I lost so much money on this simple project. I strongly advise against using this company; they are unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable plumber

I think the workers were well meaning, but they failed to unstop my kitchen drain. They tried by using a hydrojet but did not clear the blockage. They wanted over $3000 to connect another cleanout location in my front yard to try again. I canceled them and got another plumber who got the job done in less than an hour. They have not refunded my deposit.

Came out the same day I called them. Did the work at that time. Balt knew what he was doing and did a nice job. More things ended up needing doing, but the plumbing was over 40 years old, so not surprising. Quickly took care of unexpected problems and didn't let anything bother him. I felt the price was a bit high, but then I haven't used a professional plumber in many years.

Great service. Very proficient and efficient in their trade. Provided great information on the work being provided. Will definitely be calling these guys for any future services needed.

I had to have sewer drain pipes under my slab foundation replaced. I got quotes from two vendors and chose Drain Masters as they understood the effort needed and provided reasonable options using newer techniques to cut down the cost. Felix was the lead for my project and did a great job. He was very communicative and managed his team and the project well. There was a follow on fix needed which they identified when doing a final check. I would not have ever noticed it but they did and took care of it quickly. I highly recommend.

They did not get the job done. Charged me twice as much as quoted. I fixed the problem with a garden hose in 10 minutes.

My disposal broke and leaked all over!! Right after dinner, when I began to clean up my disposal just stopped working, noticed the leaking a few minutes later. I called DrainMasters and left a message. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician came on time and was friendly, courteous, and polite. He assessed the problem within minutes and gave me a straight forward quote and turn time. Technician went out of his way to confirm all was in working order when the job was done. I am calling them back to have my fixtures updated. Thank you!!

I had a clogged storm drain. The company returned my call right away and send the technician on the same day. Felix seemed to be knowledgeable and gave me options upfront. He came back with a helper the next day with a snake camera and a water blaster. They figured out that my 6”D pipe got melted and warped during the fire. They removed the damaged end and replaced it with 10’ of new pipe same day. They hauled the trash away. Per my request, Felix took pictures of the job process for me to submit to the insurance company as we are still mending the property after the Woolsey fire. The company has performed excellent in every aspect while others did not return my call so promptly or did not have required equipment but I would encourage one to collect more bids if not in a rush. I paid $2250 for the job and I had nothing to compare it with.

Drain Masters was the worst experience with a plumber I have ever had. I was charged over 1000% mark-up for parts compared to my local hardware store, I was charged over $350 to have a couple drains snaked AND the plumber broke my toilet and was told the entire toilet would need to be replaced at $675. I ended up fixing it myself with a $5 part. Drain Masters is a Rip Off!

Felix did great work. He was very knowledgeable and helped us save money by fixing the disposal we already had! Very happy we got him and trust him!

Very efficient, suggested several options and cleaned throughly when finished. Explained cost as we went through the job, no surprises. Will use again.
