Description of Work: Cannot say enough of Colt. He repaired our garage door opener unit which we had thought needed replacing. He then proceeded to rebalance the door, examine and replace one of the beam encasements which was not making the connection. Very professional, punctual, clearly explained what he was doing every step of the way. We learned a lot about the needed maintenance of a wooden garage door in a beach environment. Very fairly priced. Included new openers.
