I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The work was done quickly, professionally, and the end result is excellent. When they were done, all the mess was cleaned up with the light/fan instructions placed neatly on the boxes. The entire process was unexpectedly painless! I need some electrical work done in the garage and will be calling John to do it as soon as I have the space cleaned up enough for him to work!

John and R.J. did a great job on the work they did in our home. They were punctual, and were able to fit us into their busy schedule within a more than reasonable timeline. Even though there was lot of insulation fluff in our attic and it was pretty hot up there that day, R.J. kept his cool as he was playing "Marco-Polo" with John trying to find the right places to drill. Everything has nice, clean, seamless fits as if the receptacles and and light fixture have been there all along.

Electric Connection did an awesome job for a fair price. I finally found an electrician that will do the work (and make suggestions when asked) as if it was his own home....great finish work. I would definitely use him again. Electric Connection goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the finished product!

John arrived early (his previous appointment finished ahead of schedule). We walked through the project, discussed the solutions and I received and signed a competitive estimate within 25 minutes. John was efficient, courteous and professional--a superlative service provider.

Great! John and RJ are very professional! They were on time, communicated every step of the way and worked well together. We had some tricky things to work out with the 20 and 30 AMP receptacles (tricky to me anyway) and they made it go smoothly. The work was done meticulously! We are very happy and will definitely hire them again to come back...we have more lighting to hang.

A+ to john and rj ! this 2 man crew was punctual, prompt and professional. I was informed of the job set-up, job planning and job clean-up. my wife and I have had numerous contractors for small and big jobs over the last 23 years here and the electric connection ranks very high with us. I can tell when a contractor is iffy and can expect a bunch of delays, but not with this company. we were so impressed we hired John for patio outlets and Christmas decoration outlets out in front.

Job went very smoothly. No problems at all. John communicated with the City of Sacramento and SMUD on my behalf so there was nothing I needed to do. The job got done when he said it would get done, and was done cleanly and timely. He was very professional. The price was a little bit lower than the other bids.

John was very knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done and constantly communicated with me regarding what to expect during the work so that there would be no surprises once the work started. Work was performed as scheduled and requested. Will definitely keep John in mind for future work as needed.

Overall it went very well. John was able to explain what exactly was wrong with my current panel, outlets and wiring.

I couldn’t be happier with John and the work he did for my wife and me today. What a professional! Extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful from the get-go, he arrived at the appointed time (after calling beforehand to confirm) and did a first-class job installing a GFCI and wireless system in our front yard for the fountain we’ll be putting out there. We’re also having a fountain installed in our backyard soon and, once it’s in, will have John back for an encore. (Atop his expert craftsmanship and care, his rates are more than reasonable, too.) What a genuine pleasure, especially in this day and age, to find someone so reliable and skilled (and nice, to boot). Thank you, John, very much! We'll see you again soon.

We were very pleased with the work of Electric Connection. From our first contact with John, he was responsive, timely and professional. We obtained four bids; Electric Connection's was the best price. John was excellent in communicating with us about updates on the permit process and the project installation date. He and his colleague showed up on time on the date promised and finished the work within two days. We are really happy with our upgraded electrical system.

My family and I have been wanting ceiling fans installed throughout our home for nearly 8 years now. I used Angie's List to find Electric Connection and called to get an estimate. That same day, John came out to my home and gave me an estimate, and was able to complete work the following week (He was actual able to schedule me in sooner, but I had to go purchase ceiling fans first). When he and his assistant arrived, they quickly began work. He was knowledgable and all work was completed efficiently and with no problems. He and his assistant completed all of the work in a few hours. It's been a couple of weeks now and everything is operating extremely well. John was even able to advise on some other work that was done previously - such as my patio fan in my backyard. He was able to reassure me that work I had done many years ago was up to code. I would definitely hire John and Electric Connection again.

John explained completely what needed to be done and we scheduled an appointment for the repair. He arrived at the appointed time and completed the repair and then call SMUD for me to have them restore my electrical power. John was friendly, professional and very efficient in his dealings with me.

Electric Connection was punctual, up-front and accurate with costs and a pleasure to work with. They spent the time designing the best solution to a somewhat complicated modification to my electrical service. We worked out changes that were the least obtrusive as far as exterior modifications and made my most used breaker switches conveniently accessible from the interior of my home. They completed the work on time and on-estimate with excellent communication. I will use them again in my future projects.
