Description of Work: This was a large residential lot cleanup with much overgrown vegetation. Carlos' crew came in and worked almost non-stop until the job was done. They did all that we had wanted done and cleaned up very nicely. We will probably have them back for another project.

Description of Work: They landscaped backyard and installed drainage. It required a lot of effort on my part to keep them on track and ensure that they did what was in the contract. Some of the work was done poorly; but they did some extras to try to balance the contract.

Description of Work: Carlos' company has performed our regular yard maintenance for many years. His crew always shows up as scheduled, and does a fine job. They are much more thorough and responsive than other services I have used in the past. Occasionally some bushes still need trimming or other work has not been done, but they are always very good about correcting things. I have also used Carlos for some fence reconstruction and some sprinkler repairs. All of his work is excellent.
