Everything went well. He arrived on time, did exactly what he promised, and did a good job. I'd recommend him to anybody.

They are local. Their prices are fair. They are always on time. They are thorough and efficient.

Carlos Landscaping Service is terrible. I fired them. They were awful unless they are under new management or something. They did a very poor job. Nobody in the company spoke English. You would call and complain about something and they would respond and once in awhile, Mr. Carlos, the owner, who is already an older man, 65 or 70, would come by. He would try and talk and say you didn't do this, you didn't do that, you didn't do something else, yes, yes, yes, but it was never done. Mainly I felt they were hanging onto the job without doing it. But, I mean, they may be under different management now. They said they would do all this stuff, they would trim the bushes, they would trim the trees for that price but none of it was ever done. And sometimes they wouldn't come.

Re-sod project - They reacted on short notice (less than 10 days). We were having a function at the house and no one else would deliver the service on time except Carlos. The job was completed on time and we are very pleased with the finished product. We have been extremely satisfied with the yard service. We have 3/4 acres of heavy landscaping and the crew keeps it in great shape. We would not have to do anything in the yard if we didn't love to work outside.

I've several large trees in my garden, including 2 mature seedless Mulberrys. A few weeks ago, it took me 10 hours, and a lot of backache to sweep up the leaves. This time around, there's more leaves ... and the lawns needs trimming, and I've some other garbage bush trimming etc that need removing. OK, time to get help. I called Carlos' office on a Tuesday afternoon, and he was able to come out immediately and give an quote. He understood what needed to happen, gave me a written quote and written description of what they would do ... and were available the very next day. I had to go to work, so I paid them at the start of the project and left them to it. When I came home, I could not believe how well the garden looked! Everything was perfect! The lawns were spotless the gardens trimmed, everything I wanted removed was removed. I cannot believe how lovely the garden now looks.

All went well. His crew tends to be late and you must talk to Carlos because his crew only spoke English at that time....a bit frustrating if you need to clarify.

The job was completed but after a while the ground covering did not grow and plants have died off. Perhaps more plants should have been placed to take hold. The end result does not look $5K better.

He was okay. They don't speak English so you can't say too much to him.

No problems overall. Workers were fast and professional.

All services were performed with high quality, on time, and with professional courtesy.

He and his team were and hour and half late. Other than that, we were quite happy with job.

They were very professional, punctual and courteous people. They cleaned up after themselves and took care of everything. I have already recommended them to many people!

THEY COME OUT EVERY FRIDAY AND MOW THE LAWN. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DO. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND POLITE WHEN THEY ARE HERE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY DO THEIR JOB VERY WELL. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
