They came out and quickly assessed that my blower motor wasn't working, They were able to quickly repair and get me back up and running. Showed me simple ways to keep my A/C tuned up that I can do on my own and keep future repairs at bay. Appreciated the attention to detail - even changed out my filter and cleaned up the drain pan. Recommend them to all my friends and family.

Awesome! Herb is very knowledgeable and very simply corrected the AC issue that I had. He also told me something about filter system that I was unaware of. I am waiting for quote on new system. I found him courteous, interested in problem solving, professional, very knowledgeable about HVAC - I was happy I called Yeager.

Excellent. The owner came and he spent a lot of time evaluating the entire system. He told me original set up was not done well, but since I use the a/c or heat very little, he wouldn't recommend spending the money to redesign the system. He was very knowledgable and practical.

Excellent! Each member of the crew, upon first arriving, introduced themselves and shook our hand. That set a positive tone and made a great first impression. They were on time every day, never made a mess and cleaned up each day. I did not have to clean up after them at all. The entire crew were professional yet friendly and considerate. Each one of these young men worked hard every day. The only time they stopped moving was for their lunch break.

Andrew arrived as scheduled and inspected the furnace. Checked the various potential problem areas and located the faulty igniter. He replaced the unit and tightened some loose bolts/screws ensuring that the unit would run quietly. Educated me on fllter selection to help improve the efficiency and life span of our unit. Andrew was polite and professional, making sure the work area was left clean and taking care to protect my wood floors.

I cannot say enough nice things about Kurt and his team. They were courteous, professional, friendly and worked efficiently. There was one minor problem with a small correction needed before passing city inspection (I think I just got a persnickety inspector), but it was all handled swiftly and I'm confident the same error would not reoccur. We thought our AC system was completely broken and expecting a hefty estimate to fix it (it was 95 deg F weather, so shopping was not really an option). Technician was on time. He diagnosed that there was something relatively simple wrong with the unit. He made the adjustment, did a tune up, and tested all aspects of the system, refrigerant pressures, etc. He said the system is working fine and charged for one hour labor. I appreciate this type of service, I was already resigned to the idea of thousands of dollars to fix or replace the unit. They provided honest advice so I recommend them.

Showed up on time. Andrew quickly found the problem, explained it, resolved it. No up selling, just fixed the AC. Did some minor service work on the unit and we had a cool home again. I'd recommend Yaeger without a doubt. . Very knowledgeable and reasonable pricing.

Diagnosed the problem very quickly and was very honest and upfront about the pricing and the repair options. Never once did I feel like he was trying to upsell. He walked me through each phase of the repair so I could learn more about the unit and future care of the system. Excellent service at each step: Clear in explaining estimate, answered all my questions promptly. Technicians friendly and professional. Arrived on time each day and put down floor protection each day. Finished at end of week as promised, including taking the time to thoroughly test the system before inspections.

Our AC quit cooling a few days before the 4th of July. Yaeger Services was the only company I could get to come to my house the Friday before the holiday. He checked the AC and quickly determined that the breaker at the main panel had overheated and melted. The technician was on time, explained the problem and was careful not to track mud from my yard into the house. I was thankful that I did not have to spend thousands replacing the AC. I was very happy with the service and I will definitely use Yaeger Services the next time.

I wanted to help my mother, whose heater and air conditioner had stopped working. I checked Angie's List and decided Yaeger Services would be the best. I was right! Andrew showed up on time and was so friendly and polite. He went up to the roof of her 3 story building and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He knew what to do and he did a great job. Andrew is a very knowledgeable repairman. He explained everything to my mother (Mary) so she understood what he did. He was very nice! Yaeger Services initially came to repair one of two air conditioning units we have on our property. The serviceman showed up on time and went straight to work. Wasn't long at all and the problem was discovered and repaired. He further checked the entire unit and pronounced it healthy!! I mentioned we were having sporadic trouble with one of our two furnaces. He looked it over and decided that some research was in order before he started throwing parts (and my money) at it. They came back the next day and in less than one hour the furnace was up and running. This furnace is computer driven and needed a new mother board. They put in a new thermostat as well and we love it!! Considering the problems they faced here they did very well. The service was excellent and the price more than fair. Yaeger Services have a new and happy customer.

My heater would not shut off when it reached the desired temperature and the fan would just run. After a diagnostic test it was the printed circuit board. Andrew was on time and called when he was on his way. He came back the next day in the morning and installed the board and an igniter came along with it and he installed that as well. Yaeger Services did not try to sell me on other things and were very straight forward which I appreciate. They will definitely be the guys I call when there are future issues with my A/C or heater.

Our 16 year old AC system was giving out. It was beyond repair, so we obtained 4 different bids including Yaeger Services. Curt Yaeger came out and evaluated our situation and provided a thorough explanation along with a price that was neither the highest nor the lowest. However, it was obvious that the price he offered was for the *complete* job in a way that would be done right. The lower priced bids did not plan to replace the ancient duct work nor did they plan to accommodate correctly sized intake vents. Further, the units they were specifying did not seem to be correctly sized based on what research I did. The highest bid included essentially the same work Curt quoted but for significantly more dollars. Due to Yaeger Services excellent reviews, I decided to go with them to install a highly rated 16 SEER American Standard system. We could not have made a better decision. He and his crew quoted me a price and schedule which they kept. The crew was professional, courteous, and did outstanding work. Not only did they leave our house in excellent condition each day, they actually repaired a broken stair on our stair ladder at no charge. Afterwards, Curt arranged the county inspections, independent assessments, and rebate inspections. The inspectors were very complimentary about how well our system was sealed to further improve efficiency and stated that Curt's systems were always at the top. Overall, if I could give Yaeger Services an A+, I would. If you ever need reliable, professional, A/C service, done right, you absolutely should call Yaeger Services. You won't be disappointed.

The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, systematic, thorough, and solved an issue for 325 which was estimated to cost more than 800.00 by a competitor. The owner Curt was responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire Yaeger Services again for repairs.

Excellent A/C service company. Technician Andrew arrived on time, was professional, and knowledgeable. I told him that a previous company had inspected my A/C condenser unit, tried to fix it but eventually recommended I replace the entire unit. Andrew was able to diagnose the problem right away and even showed me where the previous tech had probably been confused about the wiring, allowed the freon to escape, and caused other problems just to sell me a new unit. Andrew fixed my unit and it runs fine and he said probably would for a long time. Great, honest company and Andrew is a great technician.

Work was done on schedule and within budget. Product works great. They laid down covering over the carpet to prevent damage and cleaned up afterward. They handled all the permit work with the city. Curt Yaeger is a joy to work with. He's very pleasant and will take all the time necessary to see that the customer understands what the project involves.
