We purchased a two Combo (HAVC in a single contained unit) for our home built in the 60's. The whole story is would be too long and boring to anyone else. What is important is the service response Yeagar. Simply outstanding, thoroughness to the extreme. The tech "Jamie" was extremely deligent to make sure the venting issue with resolved. we were pleasedd satisfied with the intial 2 installs the the real strength of a company is their follow on respons e to a service request. Just excellent.

Our heater stopped working and I called a HVAC company we previously used and I wasn't comfortable with their estimate. I called another company I found on Yelp with a good rating. They gave an estimate that half of the former company would do the same service. That company came twice. The first time the service person was in the attic for a couple of hours, his efforts did not fix the problem - nor did he clean up after himself. My family and I went out for lunch, and when we returned, we smelled gas in the house. I called the service person, who said he was with his daughter and could come back but could walk me through turning off the gas. I called the company, and they sent another service person who said I needed a part - after an hour or so in the attic. Long story short, that person came around (after I had called the company a few times to get an update), and the part he used did not fix the problem. That was three weeks ago - they ghosted me! I have left numerous messages ... crickets. Yaeger Services, on the other hand, sent a technician promptly. They worked on the issue, spoke with the manufacturer, got the part, and fixed our heater. Their employees were focused, knowledgeable, and clean. They identified and fixed the problem in two visits - at a reasonable cost. The total was less than the initial estimate I received from the company we used in the past. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and thoughtful throughout our situation!

Yaeger originally installed our AC unit about 10 years ago. Since then, we've used them exclusively for yearly tuneups. During a whole-house remodel project this year, our contractor noted that our ducts needed to be rewrapped in the attic. We knew to go to Yaeger. They were prompt and professional. They never try to upsell. We've recommended them to friends and neighbors as well.

It was very good. They are very particular in what they do. Before the service i dont have a lot of cool air and heard a lot of noise. Then i learned that the motor is loose and it was horrible. He took off the service charge of 70. I used 415 dollars for a new motor. They are very fare and honest with the job.

I am up and running again. The service was great, the price was fair and I would trust this company to work at my own mother's house. Thank you!

Great. Matt and his team went out of their way to work out things. It is challenging to install AC in a home without AC and Yaeger Services did a great job.

Very attentive to my questions and the "fine tuning" of the system as I requested. Seems a Fair price. Did compare with one other vender referral. Have used this company before to do duct and grate work in my home.

Repairman arrived on time and inspected heater which appeared to be original to the house. I wasn't optimistic it could be done as I had it inspected by another HVAC company who wouldn't touch it and they started to give expensive options for replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the Yaeger repairman suggested we try to see if he could fix it and if he couldn't he'd talk replacement options. Well he FIXED IT! and it runs like a top. It just needed some cleaning and a new thermostat! If I had to replace it would have cost thousands, but instead he handed me a repair bill for $157

Came out same day and diagnosed and fixed the problem within one hour. Very reasonably priced, clean, and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Where do I begin? My neighbor recommended Yaeger Services as my air conditioner went out about a month ago. I called John Moses from Yeager and he was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. He was able to immediately come over and look at my (25 year old) air conditioner. John quickly identified what caused my AC to fail and I requested that he replace the entire compressor and coil units. He set up an appointment at my earliest convenience and I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism and knowledge! The techs that were sent to house and were all very nice, professional, courteous, and efficient. They put down blankets over all of my furniture and carpet to ensure that no debris would affect my house and they even vacuumed afterwards! They were able to complete the entire job within a couple of hours. My new AC is wonderful and I am more than pleased that I hired Yeager. Follow up: Mr. Curt Yeager and John Moses came to my house a few days after the install to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. Update to my previous review...I called Yaeger Services to ask a question about water dripping from my furnace unit...strictly asking a question. They contacted the technician and since he was in the area, he stopped by 45 mins later. He correctly identified the problem, and corrected it. No service call fee. What an incredible service!

In the middle of a heat wave as we returned home from vacation, we found out that the downstairs AC unit was not blowing correctly. I called Yaeger and although they were overwhelmingly busy, they found an appt time two days after my initial call. The technician came out, diagnosed it as a non functioning blower motor, and had one in his truck for a quick replacement.

I am so happy with the service!! They are so knowledgeable and helpful! My Air Conditioner works great!! A+

It went wrong from the first day of installation. The wrong heater unit was brought to the house and the wrong vent size was also wrong. The worker blamed on the estimator and the estimator blamed on the owner who misread the order. Regardless there were delays in getting the right unit installed. Finally the unit was installed. We then decided to have the vents around that house replaced as well after the installation of the heater. We had noticed the heater was really loud when on and they had promised to check everything when they come back to install the vents. The technician came to install the vents which was estimated to take a couple hours, turned into 8 hours because he installed the vent backward/incorrectly. Then when it's finally done with the vents, he was starting to check on the heater when his office called him to remind him of another appointment that he was late to, which he did not know about. He literally just rushed out, even without taking payment for the vent installation. I'd called the office and explained what had happened; I sent in the payment anyway but no one even followed up. I had expected so much more from a company that has high rating from Angies List but was greatly disappointed.

The technician was very responsive, respectful and effective. He communicated well and told me my options throughout the process. The office staff/scheduler was extremely pleasant and courteous and sensitive to the timely need for service.

He was prompt and efficient. Changed filter, replaced electrical box and checked everything. Great communication.

Although we do not use our heaters in colder weather all that much, it was time to replace the existing pair, upstairs and downstairs. Contact began with Matt who was extraordinarily responsive, courteous, and experienced. With a nice discount for the installation and replacement of the heater pair in the proposal, the work was scheduled. The crew showed up exactly as scheduled. All three fellows were extremely skilled and the work was completed efficiently. The workmanship was impeccable. A small non-essential piece of the installation did not go forward, so Yaeger returned $75.00 of the monies paid for the total project. Great service, great guys, great referral. And now we've got heaters in the cool months (if they ever return)
