One system was going down intermittently, 2 other guys told us nothing was wrong with the system and it might be freezing up over night.. it's SOCAL and 101 degrees this week.. Yeager came out on short notice, showed up early actually.. Figured out a capacitor was faulty and causing the issue.. They also noticed no filter was on the AC unit, and all the other units had dirty filters.. they replaced the missing filter, cleaned the other filters, and cleaned all 4 systems, checking the tube seals, and top off with frion.. all for the same price as the other guys charged me to look at it for two minutes and say nothing was wrong with it, and it needed to thaw. Just a great experience, prompt, responsive, detailed, knowledgeable, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and great value for the price they charged.. this is the only company i plan to use for both my home and company..

I would rate Yaeger Services an "A+." I am a very satisfied customer, from the first meeting through the completion of the installation. Re Yaeger Services, I first met with Matt, who was informative, on-time, courteous, etc, which sparked my interest in Yaeger. I also met with several other A/C companies in order to compare, but I ultimately chose Yaeger due to a combination of (1) decent price (good, though not the lowest) and (2) trustworthiness (sense of honesty, competency from various reviews plus my own gut sense). The whole process went smoothly. First, the asbestos in the ducts was removed by a company used frequently by Yaeger. They showed up early, did their work efficiently (with all the asbestos-related safety cautions), and they also cleaned up the work area well. Great. After I got the condo approvals, the heating/AC/duct installation/replacement from Yaeger took 2.5 days. The job was done professionally, and on each day, the work area was cleaned. I have nothing but good things to say about how the work was conducted. The HERS/city testing phase is left, but I am leaving feedback because I have little doubt that Yaeger will be as professional in this stage as they have been, thus far. I would definite recommend Yaeger Services if you are looking to replace (or add new) A/C heating unit (or asbestos). Thank you, from a satisfied client.

Yaeger Services did a very professional installation with great attention to detail. Their representative (Matt) was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and they were on-schedule and on-time as arranged. You can feel confident that you'll receive an excellent product, and that it will be properly installed if you choose them. They have earned my trust, and I would hire them again.

They are absolutely an A. For price, other estimates that I had, i'd say for the price for what they did was fair. We didn't have air, we have an older house. When they got there they said lets walk through the house and talk about maximizing flow to your house. We didn't have a big house. They took time to talk about stuff and what they were going to do. They just didn't come out and take out all the ducting and put any ducting in and do that. They did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them. I had three bids off of Angie's list. Great father and son operation yeah I would recommend them.

We contacted Yaeger Heating & Cooling Services after another provider failed to get back with us. Yeager Services returned our call promptly and we set up an appointment. Their customer services Rep was friendly and helpful. On the day of the appointment their serviceman, Herb, arrived and asked to be shown around. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went right to work on the problem. He started with the inside unit and then the exterior unit. He was really good to share his findings and communicated with us alot. I followed him around some from the interior furnace/air conditioning unit to the outside air conditioning condenser unit asking questions and observing his workmanship. He was the most thorough and efficient heating and air conditioning service provider that we have ever had. He found a burned out fuse in the system and fixed it. He thoroughly cleaned and flushed out the large outside condenser unit revealing all kinds of lint, dirt and debris. This crud was making our A/C unit work harder and less efficient. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Herb's knowledge, communications, professionalism and his service skills. He will be our first call should we need any future A/C-Heating service needs.

Went well. Herb arrived early and right away had ideas to correct issue. System is 25+ years old so he had rework parts of it to work with a newer style filter. Added coolant and cleaned up when the work was done. Had suggestions on how to keep the system running longer. Answered every question we could think with grace.

Difficult job due to limited access, asbestos. This is an excellent company that knows what it is doing. Fair price and excellant work.

Matt came out and provided a free estimate. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I chose Yaeger because the price was good and Matt made me feel like these guys know what they're doing. We had some scheduling issues but that was mostly on our side because we were nine months pregnant. The crew that came for the install was very professional and friendly. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. The work went smooth and did not inconvenience us in any way. The job was done in three days (mostly) and everything worked great! We did run into a problem with the vents. Due to some earlier remodeling the vents had been modified (unknown to me) that caused an issue. This was not discovered until the vents were to be installed on the last day. This caused a delay as some sheet metal needed to be ordered to ensure the vents were sealed properly. I think this could have been found earlier if the vents had been inspected better. Also I was told they would call me to schedule the time for them to come back and finish and they never did. I ended up calling them after a few days. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend them.

I made an appointment on the phone and was told Herb was scheduled to come do the work. Herb showed up when he was supposed to and commenced to inspect and clean my heating and air conditioning unit. I learned my system is 25 years old and that it is better to use an easier to breathe (cheaper) filter in the summer when the AC is used and save the better grade filter for the winter. At the time the work was complete I felt like I had got my money's worth and was totally satisfied. Herb is a gentleman and in speaking with him it is clear that he has many years of experience with home HVAC. About a week later I ran my AC unit and was not getting cool air! I contacted the Yaeger office and left a message on Saturday. On Sunday a lady contacted me to schedule service today (Monday). Herb spent almost 2 hours here and recharged my refrigerant and replaced 2 end caps where he suspected the refrigerant had leaked from. There was no additional cost! These guys will be my first call when it's time to replace my entire system.

It went well. The only hickup was that there was an increase in in budget once work started. We had talked about moving the vents to better positions for air flow and cooling. We live in Southern CA and have large windows facing southeast so the house is constantly hit by sunlight all day. The original vents were all close to the middle of the house and during the walkthrough it was discussed to move them closer to the walls to help with heat. This was all negotiated and then once work started the on site crew told us we needed to change all the framing around the vents and that would be additional. Completely understandable but would have liked to known about that cost up front. All in all extremely pleased with the team that did all the work. Very professional and communicated well. Very clean and very respectful.

I've used them multiple times. Two people came to complete the service, and they left the area clean.

The tech was very knowledgable and professional. He showed that the unit had not been installed to utilize all of the energy saving features, which he corrected. I am very satisfies with the results.
