Description of Work: The quote felt relatily higher and lacked transparency in pricing breakdown. Not good experience with the sales team towards the end. Instead of trying to understand my point of view I felt pushed to remove negative review. There are companies out there who provide fair pricing and understanding. I'd give my business to them.

Description of Work: Excellent work, honest service. Very friendly and honest air conditioner technician. He did not try to sell me a new ac unit which most people do. It is over 40 years old, but it just needed a fuse.

Description of Work: Work was completed on time, well done and for a competitive price. The reason for a B grade is that Curt Yaeger himself was a little tough to work with at first. He thought we were using him as leverage to negotiate price on the home we were purchasing, and it took a little time to convince him that we actually wanted work done. We also had some confusion with the building permit, which took some extra time after the work was completed. Still, the price was right and the work got done.

Description of Work: I purchased an $85 coupon that included inspection of the entire heating and A/C system, plus cleaning or replacement of the filter. As reported by our tenant, the service worker did a fine job overall. The filter was cleaned, a hole an the air intake pipe or conduit was repaired, and the A/C system was recharged. I am very happy with the whole organization and the way they worked with our tenant.

He is the most professional, informed, capable, and honest person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Description of Work: I called and explained that my dad's(age 90) a/c wasn't working and asked to schedule a maintainance appointment. Mr. Yaeger said he would be able to get over to my dad's that afternoon! I was so appreciative for his willingness to go that day as the weather was really warm.

Description of Work: Finally fixed my air conditioner. I had had the wrong filters that caused no end of problems, but I didn't know why I had to keep calling the repairman. I don't recall the actual fee, sorry.

Description of Work: No heat in a large room. It has 2 zones. Thermostat controls not responding to a call for heat damper control thermostats and main thermostat not talking each other. 1. Programming 2 thermostats according to manual. 2. Sorting out wiring and test 2 thermostats to verify their functions. 3. Check and solve minor problems in 2 compressors and 2 air handlers - Check refrigeration systems for correct charge of Fren (#2 compressor) - Find miswiring in junction box behind #1 compressor.
