We needed an inspection for a home refinance. I had already received an inspection from our regular bug guy. (Western Exterminator.) That inspection was not really clear on what needed to be done. It also gave wording that concerned the new lender. It did not provide options for repairing the damage. It referred us to a contractor to do the repair work. I called Pacific Coast because of the ads. The inspection went well and didn't seem as "intrusive" as the other company. I got a quote for both the termite treatment and the repair of damage. The treatment went very fast. The cost of it seemed to be around the price that the other company wanted for tenting. Obviously, we didn't want to have to tent because of the hassle, so it end up being the better deal. The treatment people were professional and helped me move items out of the attic that were in the way of the treatment. The repair work went well. They did provide prompt service. There was some delay due to staff meetings and waiting for materials. Also, some confusion in communication. Also, I was concerned about the price, but was under a deadline so didn't have much options. Our lender suggested it was best to keep all this work with the same company. We received the completed inspection report cleared of worked to be completed. After working out some confusion with that the lender needed, we did get the final items needed to close the loan.

Jason came to inspect termites. He found evidence in the crawl space. He was professional, explained about Orange oil. But in the end, I decided to tent my house instead, due to the fact that there were several termite colonies.

I contacted Pacific Coast Termite for a termite inspection. The termite inspector did a very thorough job carefully inspecting the exterior, interior, and basement of my house. Fortunately he did not find any signs of termite infestation so no treatment was needed. I will definitely use them again for future termite needs.

The employees were great and really worked hard all day. Didn't leave a mess and did exactly what they promised. Hopefully they got all the termite areas. Its been been about 3 months and I have not seen any droppings yet.

From the reception staff on the phone, to Ricardo, the Field technician, this company was professional and thorough. Ricardo located a few minor problems in a 60 year old home that had never been treated, but also had very little visible termite damage. Since the home was vacant, he actually recommended that the home be tented first (which this company does not do, they are Eco-friendly) and then use his company for ongoing maintenance. He explained the reasons very clearly and thoroughly and was very professional. I plan on contacting this company when we treat our own home.

We knew we had termites, saw evidence, knew the house needed treatment. We found Pacific Coast Termite Inc on Angie's List and after reading reviews decided to go with them. We were very impressed with the whole experience starting with the inspection done by Matt. He was thorough and explained everything to us, gave us options, and sent a detailed report of his findings. Scott, Frank, and Gil were very professional in treating all the areas that had termite and beetle problems, and they were nice guys. They were careful inside the house and were patient with the rain showers that made working outside more difficult for them. We like that they provide a 2-year warranty and will come back during that time to treat the rest of the garage, if we can move things out of their way, at no additional cost to us and they put that in writing. We really were pleased with Pacific Coast Termite Inc right from the initial phone call to the completion of the treatment and will use them again.

Termite team was great. Insulation team did great the first day. Next day when insulation team returned we had some problems. When cleaning out old insulation they unhooked some of the silver central air vents. They did not re-attach vents BEFORE spraying the new insulation. Some insulation came down inside the house. We discovered this just as they were getting ready to leave. We had to make them go back into the attic and re-connect large silver vents and then clean out smaller vents that go into the house because they were clogged up. Polite guys but cut to many corners that day

It went fine, as far as I can tell. I will let you know at the end of my 2-year warranty.

They went through the entire house, inspecting every single area and found a small infestation of termites above the front window, treated that and went under foundation to treat that, sprayed around the whole house and were in and out fairly quickly. I'm sure they didn't cut any corners and I feel assured that they did a good job.

I had called multiple companies to come tell me what these mystery bugs were, but none could come out for weeks (due to the intense heat recently and the resulting swarming termites). Pacific Coast Termite sent Kenny out same day who quickly assessed the problem, helped us to identify the source, and gave us advice on how to eradicate them. Besides being super friendly and professional, he arrived early, worked quickly, and there was no charge. It was an overall FANTASTIC experience, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They arrived within the promised window of time. We appreciated their carefulness, explanations of all the procedures, and willingness to answer all of our questions. Chad Dresser, Licensed Inspector Fr42111: On July 12, 2014, Mr. Chad Dresser arrived at our home at the appointed time. He was well-dressed, well-spoken, very knowledgeable, and professional. We were renewing our contract with Pacific Coast Termites, and Chad spent a couple of hours inspecting the whole house, the outlying areas, 3 attics, and under the house. He did find an infestation of termites in our “tower attic” in several places. He was up in the attic about 30 minutes, drilling, filling, and killing! There is no odor and no harm to pets and people from their “Orange Oil” treatment. Chad then spent considerable time with his shop vacuum up in the attic –and it’s never been so clean. He carefully inspected our entire property – no rushing at all. He found no other areas of termite activity. Before he left for other calls, he suggested that we contact him again in about 4 months for a follow-up check of our tower attic. He wants to be sure the infestation is controlled. We’ve had Pacific Coast Termites as our home protectors for a number of years. All of the inspectors have been outstanding. When they return due to an episode of “swarming”, usually in the fall, but at other times as well, they’ve sent out someone in good time to deal with the problem and at no further expense to us due to our contract. They are very responsive to our needs, and we will continue to renew with Pacific Coast Termites. We highly recommend them to all homeowners who reside in “termite country”. You can always move to Alaska to escape termites, but we love Southern California!!

We were getting ready to paint the exterior of our house when it was discovered that we had termites. The painter would not paint until they were taken care of. Pacific Coast Termite came the very next day and thoroughly inspected our entire house. Termites were found throughout the facia and in the garage. They were able to do the treatment that day. Due to their quick action, we were able to stay on schedule with our painter. When we had our gutters removed, Pacific Coast Termites came out to check that they had not missed anything under the gutters. In many areas the facia was eaten away by dry rot and termites. They recommended replacing much of the facia. They were able to do that the following day while the painters worked on the other side of the house. All wood was treated before for termites and primed. We received a discount since they had just finished injecting our house. They were prompt, polite and went out of their way to take care of us. A very professional organization.

The job went fine. Everything was fine. I have no problems with them. They were punctual. They did good.

Jeff came out to give us an estimate for termites. This was the second company who gave us an estimate. Jeff was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail how to treat for termites and the products that they used. He was respectful of their competitor and very professional. The competitor never followed up. Jeff called back and then emailed an estimate with everything spelled out. He went above and beyond and called the company that installed our artificial turf to inquire the best method to treat area around the turf. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with company, starting with Jeff's visit to the crew for termites and then insulation. All very professional, they left the area clean. Highly recommend.

They were here from 8:30 am- 4:30 pm. They were so nice, efficient, and I was impressed with Raymond and Paul. They were well-spoken, explained everything to me, and cleaned up when done. I highly recommend them.

Very well! They were very professional, kind and did a great job. I really liked that Pacific Coast Termite has a two year warranty on their work. I did have to call them back as I found live termites in my garage. They came back and took care of that particular area at no charge. I also used Pacific Coast Termite to insulate my attic. They did a great job here too! It has made a remarkable difference in the temperature in my home. Especially during the warm temperatures we get here in the San Gabriel Valley. Even though Pacific Coast Termite was not the more reasonable cost compared to the other two estimates I received. They were, however, extremely thorough. And this is the reason why I chose this company. I would refer them to any of my friends and relatives!
